The plastic part of the chair keeps cracking
This is my 2nd purchase of the similar style/design bar stool set. The original set was much heavier and steadier. This newly purchased set looks the same, but much lighter, and therefore is easier to tip over, when used at the highest setting of 30". The plastic seat is a hard surface, but comfortable enough for a short stay/meal. I don't think I'd be comfortable to sit on this bar stool for longer than an hour though. Overall, the gas lift mechanism works well, it looks good, but time will tell how long it'll last. I've only owned this set for a couple of days at the time of this review.

The design is great but the stools are Cheaply made. All the seats are cracked after little use.

The stools are very sleek and modern looking. They look amazing with the glass top and chrome bistro table we have in our apartment (small dining area). We get lots of compliments on the stools. They were easy to put together as well.

Bought for my son in his new condo in Atlanta. Very light weight and unobtrusive. He loves it!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE OVERWEIGHT! Great for young people just starting out!
