Careless packaging

I heard rattling noise when I lifted the package delivered at my door step. I knew instantly something broken inside. I brought the box to Macys store and had the clerk open it, she found broken cup / saucer and then process the return for me. The product was not packed for UPS delivery, it was only suitable for hand cary, hand delivery!

The items themselves are just beautiful but on opening the package one of the blue cups and one of the blue saucers was broken. Unfortunately I left my niece open it as it was a birthday gift for her …. a bit embarrassing to say the least.
