The cushions came in a flattened, compressed form and had to be “inflated”. The faux leather covers were extremely wrinkled from being folded during shipment, which evened out with time - but only to some degree. The wrinkles are still visible months later. The design is attractive and the price is amazing, but do not expect top quality execution! If you are a perfectionist, this is not the sectional for you.
