I’ve been getting migraines for 5 years and recently heard it can be from low sodium/minerals- I’ve been having 1tsp of this in my water daily for 5 days and feeling surprisingly a lot better… I will definitely keep using it.

Delicious and very fine

Last time I bought a different brand of fine sea salt, and it was good but the price more than doubled. This was reasonably priced, still sticks together like a good brine-rich salt should, and it’s super fine! I’m really enjoying it in my water and baking recipes, and I shared with a friend. The alchemy of Baja Gold Salt sprinkled atop my fried eggs reawakened a tastebud memory from 50 years ago. Words fail me to describe how much better the eggs tasted. I will never go back to any other brand of salt.

Love this salt - tastes great on eggs, burgers, steak or wherever you typically use salt. And love that it has amazing mineral content. Not inexpensive but well worth it! I bought the grinder refill package and my own grinder with a glass container and metal grinding mechanism and it works great.

I say Baja Gold is the best salt ever, for their mineral profile and the full spectrum of trace elements, and for their mineral lab section on their website which shows all the independent testing they do on their salt. You can see the mineral content breakdown of exactly what's in it, you can see that it's tested for microplastics, you can see that it's tested over and over multiple times, from an independent third-party lab. Just that fact alone, makes it better than other products out there. The taste is phenomenal, worth every penny

Great Salt!

I love this salt so much and eat some everyday - just a pinch in a glass of vortexed water upon waking and I feel rejuvenated by both water and minerals of the salt. Wonderful product!

1/4 teaspoon in 8 ounces of water 1st thing in the morning energizes and the hydration kills a hangover! All 91 minerals and definitely recommend! 👍

Extremely good salt

No idea if I have experienced a health benefit from using the salt but I'm sure there is due to all the minerals in it.
