Extremely annoyed with these chairs and the customer service that went along with my purchase of this. I've never had luck with buying chairs like this from Overstock/Bed Bath & Beyond. Every set that shows up is damaged and they're damaged PRIOR to packaging because the shipping boxes arrive in perfect condition, the chairs are wrapped and protected like crazy, and there are dents, rips in the material, scrapes and scratches on the chair frame, and some of the chair rubber feet will be missing. I purchased/exchanged two different sets of these and both sets had rips in the faux leather, dents, scratches, dings, rust, etc. on the frame and missing feet. The return process has been an extreme hassle as customer service told me I could dispose of the boxes and set the chairs out for UPS to pickup and....3 months later I finally get them picked up. Returning and trying to buy a new set one last time but I've had 4 chairs so far that have ALL been damaged and it's not UPS' fault either. I'm only leaving this here because I always have bad luck with this Overstock/Bed Bath and Beyond when buying chairs like this from them and I'm sure I'm not the only one. I will finish this buy saying the chairs are awesome though! Hoping to get some without damages

These chairs are everything I was hoping they’d be! Excellent quality and delivered fully assembled. They fit perfectly under my table. I would say they are oversized though.

Heavy, sturdy, and butter soft material! High end quality! Well worth the price! Entire chair was bubbled wrapped with an additional wrapped on the bottom feet. I got the tan! Other reviews stated that chair was too low but it's perfect for my dining table and it even goes under if I wanted to push it in.

Was concerned these might be too formal, instead I found them to be a great fit to uplift my extremely casual dining area, without making a fussy formal statement. Plus they are easy cleanup which is critical to me.

These chairs are so comfortable and people always compliment them when they walk in and see them
