Storage not as expected

I didn't like that because of the expansion, the middle shelf sat higher and left less vertical room to store.

A good sized organizer for my kitchen drawers. It doesn't waste a lot of space like some of them do. The sections allow for a lot of utensils. And perfect as I work towards a plastic free life. It's well made.

Great fit; very pleased

Search for a long time to find a drawer organizer that would fit my drawer. This expandable one does the job and fits perfect. Very pleased with this. I use it for flatware and the dividers make the sections too small. However for a catch all drawer they would be perfect.

Super organizer

This helped me organize my kitchen junk drawer. I like that there are smaller inserts to make some of the dividers even smaller.

These are a lifesaver

I badly needed some organization for the junk drawer in the kitchen. Everything just gets thrown in with no regard for order. If I took a picture of before and after it would look like an infomercial! It worked great.

I love the look, adjustable feature. Very sturdy design too. Just couldn't use in my bathroom drawer due to height I couldn't shut the drawer. But use in it my dining room chest and kitchen just great.

Pleasantly surprised!

Not what I thought I ordered, but so pleased with what I got!! Much better than I thought.

Arrived in pieces

The built up shims on all 4 corners and the underside were splintered and the nails were popped. In addition, where you store your utensils was stained with either a glue or epoxy. The only saving grace was that the customer care was excellent. The young lady listened patiently and immediately issued a complete credit. As a result, hayneedle will continue to have my business. This item is not manufactured by hayneedle, it is probably drop shipped from supplier or mfr. The handling of the complaint is what is paramount.
