I recently ordered two of these based on the nicer appearance than many of the ugly metal ones available. I gave each of my sons one for xmas. They are very nice for such a low price and seem pretty sturdy. They fit in nicely with a modern decor. I recommend this product. #sweepstakes

Nice and Long-Great for storing Long shoe sizes!

I bought this shoe shelf to put in the garage near the entrance to the kitchen so that I wouldn't track debris inside. My dirty shoes like sneakers and snowshoes collect debris due to the treads on the souls, so I thought the shelf would be good for these types of shoes. The shelf is so lovely that I can't decide if I should just put another shoe rack in my bedroom closet. Although lightweight it appears sturdy enough for heavy shoes and the shelves are long enough for large shoes sizes including men's shoes. Also you can fit around 9 pairs on it. There is a little tilt forward in the direction of the curve which helps to keep shoes in place. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in need of a solid shoe rack that's lovely.

Slight misrepresentation of product but fine overall. It's apparently designed to be a stackable rack as there are predrilled holes on the top rail for adding more shelves. Not needing it, I'll have to fill the holes to avoid dirt or water from getting in and damaging the top rails. Photos DO NOT show the holes or mention that they are stackable. Could have included dowl plugs for those who do not want a stackable option.

Easy peasy shoe rack, but watch the finish

Easy assembly, large enough for adult men's shoes. The bamboo was sanded with a very thin finish coat. Looked fine but I got 2 splinters assembling it. I'll be more generous with polyurethane so shoes with a little dirt or water won't stain the wood (I have a boot mat, but I know how life can go).

Organized Entry Way

This is EXACTLY what I'd been looking for for our entry way….much less obtrusive than a bench. The quality is great & it went together super easy. Shipping was fast too. Wet boots/shoes on the bottom (with a rug underneath!), dry shoes/slippers on 2nd shelf to slip into, basket for hats & gloves on top! I highly recommend.

Amazing Piece Of Furniture

Delightful in appearance, fell in love with the polished bamboo. I have had this shelf for 3 years, with 2 younger gsons and stinky, dirty shoes, running into it, throwing things on it, dog jumping on it - it STILL looks amazing, still sturdy. Now, just me, it has a prominent place in entry, and am very pleased. Sturdy, can pick up to vacuum under it. HIGHLY recommend, for the price it is a great buy! Even yesterday, picked it up, full of shoes, so sturdy.

Very nice product and much as advertized. I would have given it 5 stars except two places the bamboo was cracked where the attaching screws were pre-installed and then removed for shipping, but works fine. It's really looks good and works well and manufacturer had put some thought into the pre-assembly stage, which made it easy to put together. The instructions are not so clear and with a little extrapolation, on assembly it is somewhat vesatile in the way it can be put together for use and looks.

Decent Shoe Rack

I just needed something to keep my shoes other than piled up on top of each other. This works great. Assembly was a little difficult because the parts seemed to be labeled on the wrong side but I was able to figure out. It took me less than 10 minutes. It is not strong wood but works just the way it is supposed to. Now my shoes are organized.

I bought two and placed them side by side. They accommodated my shoes really well, mostly because it made me really focus on what I actually wear or will wear in the near future. I was able to donate several pairs that I really was just hanging on to for the "what if" scenario. Gave up nice shoes/booties that someone else will benefit from. The racks are sturdy and easy to assemble, and are made from a renewable resource which is always a responsible choice. Perfect organizational solution for me.

A Shoe In As A Favourite...

I originally bought this as gift for my parents and their collection of outdoor footwear. Their whole decking area was inhabitated by gardening shoes, slip ons, runners and thongs, strewn left, right and centre. Seeing this everytime I visit, drove me nuts! I knew I had to do something about it. Until this neat little shelf was delivered to them, I was so impressed by it that I had to buy one for my own place! Natural, light, functional and a wordly feel. Good value!

BEST $23 Shoe Rack money can buy. All parts, fasteners supplied as promised. Assembly was easier than expected. A 2nd pair of hands during assembly would be helpful, but not necessary. Recommend you spend another $1.50[E] to buy & install Four 5/16" Screw Caps[Green] on the bottom dowels. These 4 caps will provide a more secure, & slip-resistant base to set shoe rack on.

Love this shoe rack. Came in a timely manner. Faster than expected actually. Extremely easy to put together. Love the bamboo next to my front door. It holds a good number of shoes but also doesn't stick out & take over the room. It's Perfect for what I needed & you can't beat the price, as usual. I looked for.a long time to find Something that looked Nice enough for my living room, still functional, but wouldn't break the bank. This shoe rack fit every criteria I had.

Good product

The item arrived several days before I expected it. No damage. Easy to assemble. You are able to have the shelves tilted or basically flat depending on what you want. Seems sturdy and looks nice! My only problem is that I measured incorrectly and it doesn't fit my space after all. However, I have another closet where it will fit and be functional. Great product at a good price.

Stylish and sturdy shoe shelf

I love this shoe shelf. My family is loud, boisterous, and constantly on the go. The front door area of my house looks like a shoe bomb went off every. single. day. Shoes are usually kicked off and thrown everywhere. Mates are never found again or if they are it is only after enlisting every single family member in hunting down said shoe. We have tried other shoe systems, but they didn't work. The beauty of the Honey Can Do 3-Tier Deluxe Bamboo Shoe Shelf is that the shelves can be installed at either an angle or flat and are slatted so that air can circulate between the shoes...Smart. So that if you have kids with smelly feet like say mine...you can breathe in your own house again. Also, there are three shelves with rounded edges in a beautiful honey color and it holds a lot of shoes. We are a family of five and we manage to each get 1-2 pairs by the front door.

Beautiful shoe rack

This is a great shoe rack. The wood is so nice and very pretty color. The set up was very simple. It fits nicely in my small close and hold plenty of shoes. I like the fact that the word is spaced close enough that the shoes do not slip through and fall down like so many shoe racks. There is enough height for my high heel shoes too. Overall a great sturdy product. This will stand the test of time.

It stands 20-1/8 inches high and is 29 ¾ inches wide. The space for the shoes is 27 inches wide and 12 ¾ inches deep. It will hold nine pairs of shoes or eighteen pairs of flat sandals, if you stack them on top of each other. I had been putting my shoes in plastic covered shoeboxes. If you want to prevent having to clean the rack or the bottom of your shoes every time, you could keep them in shoeboxes and still use the rack to make them stack well. Or, you can use the shoeboxes in the middle row (as shown in the picture) to deflect some of the dirt that might still be on the shoes from the top shelf. It looks nice either way. You could also use the rack and the plastic shoeboxes, to hold and organize toys or other household and office items. The rack will hold three shoeboxes per shelf with enough space to hold a pair of thin shoes, stacked on top of each other. We did not experience any splitting of the bamboo, before, during or after the assembly, nor did we need to use our drill. The holes for the screws have been pre-drilled with plenty of room for the screws. As a result of these improvements, the rack is sturdy. Perhaps the manufacturer has corrected the problems from the past. From what I can tell, there is no option to make the shelves level. Ours are at an angle and it’s a great look. Everything came very nicely wrapped. It comes with a contained package of twelve screws and a hex or Allen wrench (L-shaped tool with a slight groove on both 8-sided ends). One person can put the rack together. The instructions are pictorial. We discovered that it was easier to do it this way though. 1. Carefully, cut away the tape with a pair of scissors, to free the polyethylene paper. 2. Put one shelf standing up on the floor, with the L-shape side facing up. 3. Lay the side frame on top of the shelf, large hole side up. 4. Place the screw through the side with the large hole and into the shelf; then screw in the second screw for the shelf. 5. Place the second shelf standing up parallel to the first shelf, (L-shape facing up), align the holes, and screw the shelf in place. 6. Repeat for the third shelf. 7. Carefully flip the whole assembly over and screw in the other frame to this side of the shelves. The manufacturers probably already considered other design options, and this current style is beautiful; but, not everyone is interested in immediately cleaning their footwear, nor will they want to use the plastic boxes each time or clean up a mess left by their shoes. On that note, one of the improvements I’d like to see, is a beautiful 3-tier solid shelf, that is without the open slats. They may have done this already, but it didn’t come up when I searched for it. The height of the 3-tier rack, fits nicely under our wardrobe organizer, with no wasted space. My second suggestion, is that the company make the shelves farther apart, to accommodate sandals with high tops, half boots, mountain boots, and simply, more space for big hands. Sandals and boots with high tops, will only fit on the top shelf, but are not often used in our household. I would rather use that space for prettier shoes or shoes we wear most often. And my third suggestion is for the company to recommend efficient ways to clean the bamboo, and what should not be used, since there is a warning in the warranty about it, but no handy suggestions. What I liked about the shelf is that it is very pretty. I love it that our shoes are now easier to get to and our closet is more organized. It was nice that everything we needed to put the rack together, was right there in the packaging. And we love bamboo, which goes well with our flooring.

Versatile Shoe Shelf

This shoe shelf is a delight! It is super easy to put together, sturdy and great looking. It has ample room for your shoes. It is also stackable. Along with all of that the shelves can be made to have an incline or be assembled as a flat surface. You can mix and match. The shelf comes disassembled, but is a snap to put together. I had mine put together and in the closet in about 15 minutes! Made such a difference. I love having my shoes displayed, organized and in an easy to reach area!
