Sturdy, Yet Classy

These boxes are my go-to tool for any office storage or transfer of files and personal items. They are easy to set up and break down for flat storage when not in use. If kept dry and in a clean area, they can last you for years. I first purchased these boxes for my first office move over 7 years ago. After many relocations, both professional and personal, it was time to expand and buy more to keep up with my caseload during the COVID crisis. In addition to be strong and easy to assemble, they are also very stylish. The wood finish blends well with my living room decor, so my temporary home office doesn't look like an insane mess of files. Sure, they are pricey but they will pay for themselves in short time.

These boxes are great file storage boxes that have strength and durability to last for years! The writing space on either end is useful. However, for our purposes, we keep a database of closed files, so it is just easier to print the file box contents out from there and tape to the ends of the box. These boxes are easy to put together and work very well as designed. We'll be getting these again next time.

why didn't we order these before?

These cost significantly less than their competition so I was leary of their quality, but was impressed when they arrived. They're stronger, the same size, and easier to assemble. Sorry we wasted our money on the other brand for so long.

Most excellent product in the line.

Have used these superb coated heavy duty boxes for DECADES! They stack 5 high, holding the right amount of carry weight. They can be in damp and unregulated environments with great staying power. They fit in trunks, back and front seats and floors of cars for moving and travel and do not harm the vehicle. They can be filled with books and opened and turned sideways to use on wire or storage shelves and not damage the books. They can be used the long way for longer files. And can be folded flat and reused MULTIPLE times which is what I do. So the money you spend is neglible! Any question?!

The Original - The Best

When nothing but the original, heavy, wood-grained box will do. This is it. It's the best. Some cartons are rated at stacking weight, but that's dry, and they don't always hold up in a humid environment such as in a storage shed or garage because cardboard absorbs moisture out of the air. Even when held off damp concrete by a wood pallet, The bottom box eventually squashes down, resulting in a tumble. When that's replaced with one of these heavy duty boxes, that doesn't seem to happen again.

This box is a little costly but are well worth the money. They are heavy made. We have had some or 15 plus years and they are still holding up. I have tried buying others but always come back to this one.

These are the boxes that you want to use if you are going to stack them. These are heavy duty DOUBLE WALL and hold up very well. I have found that the single wall storage boxes are quite useless if you are planning on using them for archiving or long term storage.

Strong Box

These are our go-to storage boxes for archived records. We're short on storage space, so you can stack one on top of the other, and neither the box or lid buckles under the weight. They are really fast and easy to assemble. We quit buying any other cheaper version, because these do it all.

Best storage boxes to be found

I have used these Bankers R-Kive storage boxes exclusively for over 25 years. They are sturdy and stack well. They are sized for pendaflex hanging files for archiving paper files. They are perfect for storing books and journals that I am not ready to discard. The lids keep their shape and the hand holds make them easy to lift. I have tried some other boxes but always come bank to these.

Perfict fit

The brown woodgrain storage boxes for some reason are stronger and just a bit larger than the usual storage boxes. It fits our needs and we found that they last longer. We store our permanent records in these boxes so we need something strong and sturdy. We tried the other boxes and found that these are the wiser choice. They fit the storage shelves in the cabinets in our vault just right. We've used them for years and will be using them for years to come. You can bet that you'll be getting repeat orders from us for years to come. Great product. Please do not discontinue this product.

ink from boxes comes off on you

These boxes are sturdy enough. They are easily assembled and the lids fit nicely. Unfortunately the black and woodgrain printing on the boxes rub off. My hands looked filthy and when the box is carried against your clothing it rubs off and ruins your clothing. I will only order white boxes from now on. Hoped it was just a bad batch of boxes but I ordered more than one carton and they are all the same. BEWARE!!!!

Classy Storage

Used to store needed old files. We used to store files in banker boxes, but because they were large it was difficult to fit the boxes on normal size shelving and also made the boxes extremely heavy when filled completely. This storage box is very sturdy and because of the size it doesn't get too heavy when filled and fits great on the shelves. Can be stacked without collapsing as well. Definitely would buy again. The wood grain color also looks high end.
