The package that the Katherine Johson doll was in was damaged. This doll is a Collector’s item. Any damage to the package or doll causes it to loose value. I plan to return it and re-order it. Hopefully, next time the package won’t be damaged.

Beautiful doll! I actually gave this to my grown daughter how has everything and she loves it. I did couple it with her book as well. A recommended treasure!!

It's perfect!

Shipped in good condition and doll looks great. I read most of the reviews and can find no fault with the hair or clothing. Purchased for my 'collecter' sister for Xmas, so I have not openned. But, I think she is going to love it.

More than just a doll - a piece of history!

I just love this doll. When I learned that Mattel made a series for Inspiring Women, I had to have Katherine Johnson -- in part because she was a fellow West Virginian. The shoes, the dress, the glasses -- all the details are what makes this doll so special. I learned from the box that she was a child prodigy who went to high school at age 10 and graduated from college at age 18. The movie "Hidden Figures" didn't even touch on her childhood and adolescence. I'm keeping her in the box as much as I would love to take her out. I hope you enjoy Katherine Johnson as much as I do!

Barbie Collector FJH63 Inspiring Women Series Katherine Johnson Doll

A lovely looking Barbie; nice retro outfit, moveable, and gorgeous glasses and doll herself, and a lovely representation of Ms Johnson. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 as sadly for me mine didn't live up to the picture. Her glasses are a bit wonky, her hair is slightly different, and one side of her collar is sticking up. All of this would be fine if I was taking her out of the box but I'm not.
