Great quality and Color

I was reluctant to buy a recliner online, thinking the color and quality of leather would be unacceptable. I was WRONG! It's a beautiful color olive green, very comfortable and great quality.

It's very nice. I'm thinking it will take some time to "break it in". The shipping people were great - very helpful. . Thank you

The chair is beautiful in our living space. We tried it out in the store along with many other chairs and liked this one the best for several reasons. It has a short seat base and we are both short, it doesn't push your head forward when you lean back, and the leather and construction are good. The extension on the leg rest is hard and quite uncomfortable on the heels of our feet and that's a big problem. We actually bought two of these chairs. The first one is in perfect condition, the second one is really not, so it is making its way back to the store. It's Labor Day weekend and no way to inform the store that the chair they are bringing on Tuesday to replace the not so good chair, is probably going to be rejected too, just because of the reasons I stated earlier. No sense in having two chairs that are not meeting our needs.

Melrose Recliner (Double Chocolate)

The Melrose Recliner arrived. This is exactly what I was looking for. I am remodeling the room that is going into so I have not placed it where it is going to be played in, but I am looking forward to spending many enjoyable hours recording it is exactly what I was looking for and thank you very much for working with me on it. Sorry I cannot send photos at this time.

Shoreham Blue Recliner

The recliner overall is a nice recliner. Shoreham Blue was approximately $300.00 more than some other colors - but be aware it is so dark it looks black. It is not like the picture in color at all. That is my only negative on this chair. The chair is comfortable, easy to assemble and will meet your needs for a smaller space. The only reason I would not recommend this recliner would be for the color not because I had anything really negative to say about the recliner. Note too the recliner's seat cushion does not remove and I think in time this leather (although very nice now) will not be a long term durable leather. This is the type of leather that will peel and crack in time.

Great chair I'd happily repurchase

This is a very, very comfortable chair. It's not too big and so fits beautifully in our small-ish library/music room. My husband leaned all the way back, curled up with a blanket, and promptly took a restful nap. Keep in mind that this is not a chair for someone over six feet with a heavy build. But,for us as average-sized people, it works perfectly. Color is exactly as pictured, assembly is minimal, and price is reasonable.

Buttery soft and stylish.

I bought 2 of these recliners for our living room. I love the color and the leather is nice and soft. They are a bit on the smaller side, and not the kind of recliners you sink in for an afternoon nap (although somehow my husband finds a way to do that). They are perfect for what I was looking for. I wanted a comfortable living room, but "not too comfortable". A space where people can relax but still sit and have a conversation without sinking into deep couches. These fit the bill!

Perfect chair

I love this chair! Beautiful brown leather and just the right scale for our livingroom. The delivery was so prompt , it came a week earlier than originally estimated. Assembly was a breeze too.

This is a comfortable chair. It is a nice size since it is smaller for a corner place near a fireplace. The color is really a dark blue, more like navy. We are extremely happy with the purchase and I find the Hayneedle customer service very helpful with any questions I had. They went over and above to help me when the plastic washer for one of the legs was not in the package. They instead gave me credit to solve this problem.

Not comfortable at all. Seat

Not comfortable at all. Seat is too short. The angle of the back does not allow for your head to lean comfortably against it. Cushion is hard not soft. My first and Last time I ever buy furniture on line. The photo is beautiful. It appears lux but not!

The chair is great! Very comfortable and easy to fall asleep in while watching tv.
