You get what you pay for. I took a chance with the higher price tag of this table with minimal to no reviews, and I'm glad I did. This table is solid all around. It was delivered on a pallet and after opening the cardboard box, I found the table encased in a separate wooden box for protection; not a single scratch, nick, or imperfection anywhere which almost unheard of with furniture getting shipped. Assembly went smooth; all holes lined up and no missing pieces or hardware. Once assembled, the construction of this table is clear that it will last a lifetime. No flimsy wood or cheap feeling anything with this table. 100% recommend.
