Disappointed

The instructions are almost completely useless to assist in assembling the dresser. Parts are confusingly labeled as well. So far I’ve gotten no use out of it as I now need to spend more to hire someone who hopefully can figure out how to put it together.

Hard to assemble

The instructions are vague. The parts do not fit together. The drawers are hard to put in and have uneven spaces between them. They don"t open and close easily, and some I can't open at all. Do not purchase it is a waste of money.

Decent Dresser

Directions are not great but I was able to figure out the build. Had to make a few adjustments to the design to make some parts fit. But nothing out of the ordinary I would expect with this type of furniture. I would recommend having at minimum a drill, screw drivers and a hammer. A Dremel tool can be helpful when building something like this. Having extra panel nails for the drawers to beef up the design a bit. Overall it is sturdy, holds quite a bit of clothing, and actually has a nice look to it.

Hard to assemble / Low quality

Nicks and chips everywhere. Low quality rails and overall composition is disappointing. Instructions and assembly were tedious and hard to understand.

do NOT buy. worst directions ever. i havent put a screw into it yet for fear i am going to destroy the particle board. the directions dont show proper orientation or numbering. im about 60 minutes into a mock up of assembly just to make sure it is right. DO NOT BUY. IT MAY BE RETURNED.

Still waiting

The directions were awful! I was unable to put the dresser together, because several pieces did not match. Now I have to wait for someone to come out and “check “ and see if there’s anything they can do before it’s replaced. Horrible experience!

Cute but terrible quality

Terrible quality! Foam everywhere and horrendous instructions. It's chipped and the paint isn't finished in places. I will be reaching out to NFM regarding this purchase.

Worst Directions and Quality

The dresser is a pretty dark wood and gold just like the photo, the problem is the instructions are so minimal it will take over 4 hours to assemble. The pieces arrived with some small damage (corner of a drawer broken off, banged up particle board) which I didn't think would be a big deal, but as we assembled the dresser the particle board split or broke off, none of the tracks lined up so the drawers were crooked (this is with us only screwing things in where there were pre-punched holes, per the instructions). At the end of the day after five hours of trying to make it work, we had to return it. Save yourself the time and skip this one!

Worst Quality

Please DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Very VERY poor quality. VERY BAD instructions. Came damaged. There is not one thing I can say anything good about this product.

Very disappointed

I love this dresser because it match my bedroom set but I was very upset that it came damaged the corners were chipped and it’s too heavy to return a waist of money!!!

Absolutely the worst piece of **** ever, worse than Ikea. You will regreat buying this...
