The quality is very good, and it’s the perfect size for my apartment. Its color scheme complements the color scheme of my other furniture very well.

It fits my small dining room just great.

Great dining set

This set is beautiful and fit well in a small space. It arrived quickly, was shipped in multiple boxes which made it easier to carry up the stairs to my apartment. We took about 2 hours to assemble all. My only complaint is that some parts came slightly damaged which might be due to shipping. We glued them back together and hopefully it holds.

It's not what you think

This is a child's table. It's very short and small. I'm 5'7 and the table is 1/3 of my height so please do the math. It's isn't a dining room for adults, this is false advertising. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone looking for a dining room table for their families dining space.

Got this for my parents. They just needed a small table and this fit perfectly. Very nice with comfortable chairs. Beautiful finish and well made.

Great dining room set at a very reasonable price. Table assembly was very easy but chairs require an electric drill because there are no pilot holes necessary for attaching the seat to the frame. This is the second set that I’ve purchased from Walmart. I purchased one when I lived in California and the second dining set when I moved to Washington. Perfect for a small apartment.

Small dinette set but will not last.

I wanted to downsize my big dining table so I looked into this table. The table and chairs are cute but they are really light weight to be sold by Macy's. In the past I have bought a living room & family room furniture set from Macy's with no complaints. I actually loved the furniture & they lasted for over 10 years. This set however probably won't last a year. I think this should be marketed for someone getting their 1st apartment or a newly married couple wanting something cheap and very small for their eat in kitchen.

Not what I expected

I blame myself for not looking at the measurements before finalizing my purchase. The dining set is very low and small. It’s definitely not the barstool height I’m used to so that will take time to adjust. My husband is 6’3” and this is clearly too short for him but makes me feel like a giant at my 5’2”. It was easy but seemed like it took forever using the tool provided. I’m getting more aches and pains as the years go by so it aggravated my shoulder. Anyway, after finally putting all the parts together, and dusting off the table, it looks like there was a glue spot or something warped it. I will be covering it with a placemat until it annoys me and I either hire a carpenter to fix it or I try to do it myself and it becomes particles for trash day. All jokes aside, it’s a decent starter table and you get what you pay for online. Lesson learned! I would like to recommend changing the tools used to put it together because the Allen wrench only does so much with the space provided. Again, great starter table for a family with a small budget.

It is a cute table as I was always told you get what you pay for I had to go and buy all new screws for the chair after hours of putting it together(the same day) two of the chairs came apart so I went to Lowe’s for better screws ans it is good

Very beautiful table! It is not a big table, and yes I was told I could have gotten a bigger table for a cheaper price. The quality of the table is very nice and I love the color and the seats are comfy. My kitchen is not too big and its perfect!

I love the Baxton Studio Rosie 5 piece dinning set. It's looks expensive, but not to heavy, the dark brown and gray color gives it a up to date look. Perfect size for small or large apartment and kitchen area. Well worth the price.

This table is so small it looks like a childs play table. So disappointed.

Average set

Purchased not knowing what it would be like actually sitting in the chairs. They are not super comfortable and you get what you pay for. They are a little time consuming putting them together as well. One of the chairs had a defective issue so I am waiting to hear back in regards to a replacement part hopefully.

I like it

Arrived damaged in a couple places so I called target.com. They did not have any replacements at the time but gave me a good discount. It was hard to put together, even by a handyman. But it is beautiful, cushioned seats, and half the price of similar sets. A little light weight, but I'm happy with it and it was hard to find a rectangular table small enough to fit in the space with four cushioned chairs in a nice finished dark wood.

Poor Quality

Horrible quality. I have had this table less than 6 months, and the chairs are already falling apart. 2/4 you can't even sit in any more. DO NOT BUY.

Came broken

Chair came broken, and table came cracked. I was going to return it but honestly I live in apartments on 3rd floor and it’s just me. It was heavy to bring up and I bet to box it back up and put it back is going to be another struggle.
