Beautiful but not great quality

Design is very nice and looks great in the room. Looks very flimsy. The wood on the arms and slats were split. Called to ask for a replacement but unfortunately they dont have this option. I want to keep it because of the design and functionality but I wish it was stronger.

So far it’s amazing. Exactly the style and function I needed. It’s hard to find a trundle bed that turns into a real bed… that’s pretty and affordable. This one checks all the boxes. I have 2 thin twin mattresses on order at 5” each so hopefully it looks good put together!!

Broken within 1 year

This product broke less than a year after purchase and assembly. No unusual circumstances or wear and tear whatsoever.

Very easy to put together. Somewhat disappointing that the second twin does not fit into pullout when sleeping as a king.

Its super shaky

I was surprised that this daybed is so shaky, being made of real wood. It is clearly an issue of construction but it just seems like its going to break in 5 minutes. We rechecked and tightened all the screws, but its still super unsteady.

Great space saver

I love the option to make it into a king bed or a twin bed! It’s great for space saving! The quality is okay, we haven’t had any issues with it so far but it does seem very fragile, I don’t know if it’s worth the high price due to the quality but we like it this far!

Great product The boxes were super beat up so I was worried but all the pieces were fine and it was easy to put together. Smells very strong so will take some off gassing time. It’s beautiful and looks great and works great!

Bed was perfect, I bought it for my granddaughters room, she loved it, but what I love more is that it can convert to a king when she sleeps over and when she’s back home, it can be back to a twin daybed

Doesn’t fit a king

This does not fit 2 twin mattresses. They hang off by about 3 inches. You can not put them side by side vertically which would make the most sense to fix the problem. I’m disappointed because it’s a pretty frame but the functionality of it is not great.

LOVE this bed. It looks beautiful in our guest room and was simple to put together. Works exactly as advertised.

The Braxton StudioTwin to King Expandable Daybed is excellent! The wood quality is tops, All of the parts were included in the 2 boxes. The quality control on the hole depth for the screws could be better. We are very handy, the bed seem to take a lot longer to assemble than anticipated, > 1 hour. We would certainly buy this (made in Malaysia) fine piece of furniture again.

Awful target quality.

I bought this daybed and within a few weeks, the wood of both the left and right "arms" snapped clean through. For no reason. The wood is so rcheap and it was glued together so poorly that a crack just went clean through the arms for no reason. Thats target quality.

This is nice!

I order this bed because it looked more like furniture than a bed. I wish the description would have been more direct with the size mattress it holds. I went with a regular twin size and it fits but because it has no place underneath to store the 2 mattress it sits a bit high for sitting and appearing like a couch that part is disappointing. Per Dad who is handy there was no problem putting it together.

One big flaw is that whoever designed it didn’t account for the fact that when closed, the mattresses have to be stacked or the second mattress has to be stowed somewhere. Even with a 5” mattress, stacked it looks awkwardly high in comparison to the built in back and sides. Because the legs are inset on the frame, you also can’t stow the second mattress under the daybed. This presents a problem if you need to be able to convert the bed easily, want it to be attractive when closed, and you have limited storage space.

Misleading description.

This daybed was difficult to assemble more like build. It does not side out easily to accommodate the second mattress and when the mattress are stacked to make it a twin bed the mattresses are too tall. The advertisement description was misleading. I am very disappointed in this product. The customary daybed cover and skirt do not fit and the skirt bunches up when you close the king to twin. Do not purchase this daybed, you will also be disappointed.
