I am very unhappy with your customer service. The parcel was lost for 5 days. Instead of them doing the search. I did all the detective work. The UPS driver dropped it off 3 blocks away from my house.and you did nothing to help me. May I remind you that I am your customer and you are the customer of UPS. I bought it online from VEVOR. I made no transaction with UPS but you. I should be lilimited to tracking it and let you that it was lost and yourself -Vevor should play the detective. Shame to all your agents. They were useless.
