I WISH THAT YOU WOULD MAKE IT EASIER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS WHEN THEY PURCHASE THIS BLACK + DECKER TO1785SG AIR FRY TOASTER OVEN TO LOCATE THE DATE CODE AND THE SERIAL NUMBER. I SPENT OVER 2 HOURS TRYING TO LOCATE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE I REGISTERED MY UNIT AND I HOPE THAT THE INFORMATION THAT I ENTERED IS CORRECT. IF YOU WOULD JUST PRINT SOME PLACE THE SERIAL#, NUNBER AND DATE CODE: ON THE BACK OR THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT, BUT MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW IT IS THE SERIAL NUMBER AND THE DATE CODE, THAT WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

product was not what I expected. I liked all the features it had to offer - BUT - it turned out to be a SAFETY issue in my household. the toaster-oven put out way too much HEAT; so the counter top spot was an issue, it cannot be left unattended, unplug when not in use, use only certain cooking trays - no aluminum foil. READ THE DIRECTIONS. I DID NOT KEEP THIS PRODUCT!

Didn't work.

Didn't get hot enough to even warm up frozen french fries after 25 min. Returned.

We’ve only been using this amazing tool (spoiler alert—-we love it) for the past few days and it’s been nothing short of awesome and convenient. This is our first foray into the world of air frying and we are kicking ourselves for not jumping into this trend earlier. We bought this specifically for the red room and the kids just love how handy it is.

The new style of heating elements are nice. 3 stars for false advertising. This doesn't fit a pizza!
