The chairs go great with my table. My only grievance is they are just a little wobbly but I think they will even out after using them some.

Great product but delivery was troublesome

I was torn about this review because we have shopped with NFM for years and always have a good experience. But this time was different. The in store experience was on par with our previous shopping experiences. It was the delivery part of the transaction that was less than what is expected. We were given a delivery date of one week from purchase which we were fine with. On day of delivery the truck was running late and we both had appointments to get to so we opted to reschedule delivery to two days later. On the second delivery date the truck again was running late when I contacted the dispatch we were given the same story with a promise of a phone call from the crew when they were on the way. 30 seconds after hanging up with dispatch I got a call from the delivery crew. The individual on the other end was unprofessional and rudely asked "was dinner ready?" When I asked for their name he refused to give because "I would call the store and complain". At this point after a heated discussion I opted to refuse delivery as I was not home to ensure the safety of my family. NFM was contacted and they arranged a delivery on their hot shot truck which did not run on a set schedule and did not arrive until 8pm that night for delivery, just a bad delivery experience all the way through. The third party delivery company really needs to have their personnel vetted better and maybe some training on customer service so they know how to deal with customers.

These chairs are very well made and have a real clean and simple look. They are not very heavy but are nice and sturdy. I recommend - very happy with this purchase.

Good quality, easy to put together

The quality is good and the chairs were fairly easy to put together. The seat cushion is kind of hard, but it's comfortable. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.
