All the work, rubbed off finished, and over priced

For the price point, I was shocked to learn. I had to put it together, including needing a drill. On top of that, most of the corners had the finish ripped off. It was just very interesting that this was not clear how much work went into building these for the price point. Honestly, there are just as Good of products without the price point for putting it entirely together. I have to give it some credit that the panels were all real, heavy wood. But it doesn’t offset how much work it was to put together, and the rubbed finish.

Well made, looks really nice

These consoles look very nice. The wood is a little bit darker than I was expecting, but all in all they are beautiful. They are also like hal / an inch wider (I bought 2 to put them together), so they don't fit perfectly in the place that I had.

Love the Wood & Seagrass cabinet

I have three of these in my foyer. Sturdy and beautiful. Excellent customer service when I one had a defect. Highly recommend this cabinet and company! Additionally I ordered the bench!

Wood & Seagrass Storage Cabinet Black

I purchased one of their cabinets and one of the pieces was wrong. I called and instead of sending me one piece they sent another cabinet. While that seems like great customer service I now have to dispose of an entire cabinet. I have no need for it and because it is missing a piece I cannot donate it. What a waste

Great product and easy assembly !

The table is great. Easy assembly and looks exactly as the photos describe. Only improvement I would suggest that the doors currently open all the way and swing back into the table.

Unique and natural

I love this console. Its unique and brings a touch of nature into my living room. It is solid, assembled well as per instructions and looks great.

Mfgr. Error - Could Not Assemble

I bought two of these lovely pieces and got the first 85% assebled and his a roadblock - screws were not long enough to bite into the wood to attach the bottom. I called the manufacturer (Nathan James) for assistance; they had me send a video of the problem, after which I received an email directing me to work with Target on a return. Target was very friendly and efficient, however the unfortunate outcome was that either there was defect with my items or the wrong hardward package was sent. I disassembled the piece and re-boxed it, and am disappointed. I have not re-purchased from Target as I don't feel assured that the same thing will not happen again.

Nice product and very responsive customer service

I purchased 2 cabinets to be used as a media center and I love it. The only suggestion I have is read directions carefully. I mistakenly grabbed the wrong length screw to attach a piece and I accidentally punctured 4 holes right through the top. When I contacted customer service, Kelly responded immediately and organized a replacement for me. I received it within days and she even followed up with me to see if I received it.

Good/not great quality, attractive and functional

Pretty and look more expensive than their price point. Wish quality was a tad higher. Requires 1 hour of assembly per cabinet.

the most beautiful piece of furniture I owned. It looks very well made and expensive. My purchase arrived two days ago and reordered another to complete the look. I have 2 now, but I think 3 will make the look complete. The color is absolutely as seen and described. I love it and will be looking to design my dining room with more from this line in Nathan James

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. It took awhile to build it but worth it. It adds a lot of interest and texture to a room.

Damaged

Cute cabinet, I ordered two and one came in damaged. I didn’t notice until I was pretty much done building it. Customer service says I can return it in person fully built so we will see if they actually take it like that.
