sketchy/ fraudulent manufacturer

After not receiving a key part, i called the customer service number listed on the direction sheet for Steve Silver furniture. That number was to a call center in India. After lots a verification of purchase the customer service gave me a “reference number” and another number to call. This number was a bogus number. This company is participating in some kind of fraud. After the call i was billed a service fee for the call and another small fee. The bed is grey btw - not a “ honey ivory”. I would stay away from this manufacturer. Home Depot is trying to help resolve this situation

Steve Silver Bear Creek King Bed

This bed was easy and instructions straightforward to assemble this bed. I am impressed with the fit and finish and it looks like the assembled bed will last for many years. Although I received bed slats and accompanied support legs that could not screw together (due to each having different sized), Steve Silver customer service quickly addressed that.

Love Macy's! Buy Furniture but not online

I ended up not getting this bed. Poor experience but I think it is because certain departments in the company don't communicate well. I had no problem with the first bed I ordered- it was seamless. This time? Geez! I'll continue to shop at Macy's but not furniture.

Not the same color as the pictures

I bought this set hoping for a beautiful white wash bed set but I ended up with a very GREY wash bed set. Not close to white at all. Very disappointed but too big to send back at this point.

BROKE IN THREE DAYS

We received this bed on Monday. Today is Thursday and the frame completely split and broke while we were SITTING ON IT. I am furious that after waiting over a month for the bed to be delivered that the poor craftsmanship and quality did not even last us four days. I will be seeking an immediate refund.
