Sent a different pillow brand

I got sent Utopia Bedding pillows, a whole other branded pillows, theses are very cheap feeling

Beckham Hotel Collection-NOT REAL!

I should have believed other reviews: I didn't receive the item ordered. Although the pillows received are sort of comfortable, they are NOT what I placed the order for. Because they were shipped by a third party, now I have little hopes I will get a refund. No worth the hassle.

AVOID - Not worth your time or money!

I ordered the Beckham Hotel collection King size down filled alternative pillows. When they arrived I opened the box and found Modern Threads queen size pillows instead. Even the outside of the box was labeled Modern Threads. I have been communicating with Rartiz Surplus LLC (the secondary company that sells through Walmart) and they have not been the least bit helpful. I have received several emails with only 1 sentence replies and the last email reply I received said this, "Hello Dear I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the inconvenience. its Description mistake, but king size is low price,queen size price is high, so please adjust it." This does not make any sense at all and they are not doing anything to fix the problem. I would very much avoid trying to make this purchase through Walmart. I so wish I had just ordered them through Amazon! I just want my money back!

FALSE ADVERTISING

Definitely not for stomach or side sleepers. Not what I ordered. I ordered Beckham Hotel Collection pillows and I received SHAHBABA pillows. Gave me a pain in my neck. Very hard and too thick for stomach and side sleepers.

Who's Utopia? That's where these pillows came from and after opening one up it is obvious that they are of the poorest quality.

The pillows we received were not even what we ordered. They were labeled completely differently - different brand name on the label entirely.

I should have read the reviews before ordering from this seller. I ordered 2 pillows from the Beckham Hotel Collection and did not get them. I got pillows by eiue which I have never heard of.

I never received! They were delivered to the wrong address and I was told they would send me another set, but then said I was going to be refunded. I’m very confused.

pillows are not Beckham Hotel collection! nor are they Alternative Down! i have these pillows already. cant compare. returned.

I’ve spends 100s of dollars on pillows but these are the best ones I’ve bought so far. They are fluffy and like sleeping on a cloud. Would buy again.

I love this thickness of the pillows

they are so sick and luxury is some of the best photos I've ever bought and I bought quite a lot of them but these are the one of the best I've ever bought so comfortable to sleep on

BeckCam is not the same as BeckHam

I immediately noticed it as soon as I opened the package. The package insert had a picture of the insert and the words Doctor Pillow Beckcam. None of the pictures or words on their website are truthful. False advertising! I have complained to Walmart and hopefully, this third party company will not be part of Walmart suppliers any longer.

vacuum packaging ruined product

this is the 2nd set of these i have purchased and because of the vacuum packaging the product is ruined. The pillows are not filled the same as my other set. I would recommend asking for full size shipping.

Comfortable but does not last

I spend more on pillows and cover them with protective zipper covers. I follow manufacturers recommended care but you cannot wash this pillow. Just general use made the pillow fall apart in the pillow protective case. I can only imagine the mess it would have made in my washing machine. But it did not even last long enough to have me wash it.
