got the package.. not sure how the product is because the assembly that we purchased through walmart never showed up and never called.. waited around for 3 hours and removed the bed from my sons room so tonight he doesnt have a bed..

Gorgeous bunk bed!

We loved this bed! Sturdy and functional, adequate storage, just wonderful. We unfortunately had to sell it, it is pretty big and was taking up far too much space in her room. But it went to a good home and is still going strong, sturdy as ever!

perfect for what we needed

Very large, but works well for our needs. The kids seem to love it. Very difficult to move if you needed to get it into another room, you essentially have to take it completely apart.

We bought this for 2 rambunctious girls! They are holding up well and seem sturdy and reliable. Instructions were mostly easy to follow. I was able to assemble myself no problem.

I bought it for my daughters’ room. It is hard wood, my husband installed it and they really like it. The step is also very wide and safe and it contains a lot of storage. I really recommend the product.

This set is really sturdy my kids love it! It took a while to get it put together but the instructions were clear. It is a great bunk bed set. My only complaint is the stairs are squeaky but they might just need to get broken in

A beast! My 5 year old is in heaven.

This thing is a beast.... I don't really have any complaints. It was easy to assemble, but without someone with some strength to help its difficult to get the twin bed on top of the full. I ran into some issues having to get behind the bed to screw the steps to the frame of the bunks. It was difficult because i was basically alone doing this, and i had to find a way to slide it against the wall when done. I was not the smartest person and left a couple screws out of the handles on the top of the rails, and when i found it i havent been able to slide the bed away from the wall without things sounding like they'd break. Most of my issues with this were of my own making.... One amazing feature is a small spacer for the slats under the mattresses. Each slat is screwed in and there are 2 wooden blocks cut the perfect size to space the slats. I would like to see a long board under the slats to give it some cross beam support. I am not a huge fan of the drawers under the bed. They are on wheels and don't attach to anything which makes it a little difficult to move on carpet. This is good and a little annoying. I see the point for it but there is a very corse grip tape almost like a medium sand paper on each stair. This would be nice to be given as an add on. It is already attached (again its good for the little ones and a liability) but it would be nice to be a roll with adhesive back for me to put on myself.

So far I am loving this bed! I am amazed with quality of this bed!! I my awesome brother in law put it together for me and he didn’t struggle at all in under three hours he put the bottom and top bunk bed.

Great value!

We've had the bed for two months now, kids love it, it's sturdy, comfortable and has so much storage, it looks great and takes less space than i imagined in a small room. We did have to hire someone to put it together, but a professional did it in 3 hours all by himself. Would certainly recommend!

Came quickly, all double boxed. Went together well, seems very sturdy and good material. Wish it had covers for the screws.

Lots of storage!

We were very happy with this purchase. It took my husband an entire day to assemble, but the instructions were clear and straight forward. Love the extra storage!
