Very good value for the money it was very easy to place my order I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and it arrive on time with no problem.

I had no problem. Tracking was on time and merchandise was good. I will not miss what store in next of sales. It was a delight seeing it in my home? But I wish I had the table little bigger it would more confort.

The set was OK (for the money) but the packaging & transport was not.

Table and chairs are very nice. Only negative I can say is there is no strap on the umbrella to keep it closed. If not strap the wind can catch it. But this fits well in my space and the chairs seem very sturdy. I think this was a great buy for us.

Package or refund not received

If I change zero stars, I would have given it. I never received the package but tracking shows delivered. I have been trying to contact macys and the seller for the past two weeks to get a refund. Macys keeps saying they sent a message to the seller and need to wait 5 days for them to respond back. One of the customer service person even said I haven’t returned my product and Hence did not receive refund. How can I return my product that I never received? Such a horrible customer service. I am not sure if I will ever get my money back. DON’T BUY from Macys marketplace and save your precious time chasing for YOUR money!!!!

Perfect for Smaller Decks

I really like this set. It isn't very big but if you read the description you will know this. Very well made and I love that the chairs fold up. We have a smaller back deck and this is perfect for it. When we first received this there was a part missing but we called and they sent us the replacement part in just a few days. So far everything is perfect. We are short so the set is perfect for us. Chairs are very comfortable as well.

The set is cute as can be….mostly because the umbrella is so cute. As visually appealing as it is, there is just no way this will last longer than a year. It feels pretty flimsy and I’m overall feeling “bleh” about my purchase.

This product was delivered in a damaged box. The flimsy box didn’t hold the material well! As i was taking the table out of the box, if fell onto my feet! The table was in a thin box and ripped through it as soon as i lifted it up! The chairs also arrived with dirt on them!
