Do not recommend

Would not recommend. Two rails came bent which prevent the bars from moving fully up or down the side rails. Biggest issue is the fabric blows all over in even a slight breeze and even off the side. We took it off to prevent it from tearing or bending the frame. Terrible.

Not up to the standards of the last one I had.

The structure is fairly lightweight, we screwed it to our deck. The issue is with the canopy, we cannot figure out what part you are suppose to put in to make it adjustable at the same time as holding it down. The material is very lightweight and gets caught in the wind, something sturdier would be better. Perhaps a YouTube video on what parts should go where would be helpful. The instructions are just pictures.

Do not purchase!!

Instructions were incomplete and missing explantaions of certains parts. The manual that could be downloaded was more helpful, but the part labels did not match the parts delivered. Further, mounting holes in the steel beams did not line up with the brackets that couple them together?! COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND FULL HASSLE. Buyer beware.

Retractable Pergola Canopy

After receiving the wrong order we contacted the supplier and they immediately arranged for the order to be shipped back to them and a proper order shiped immediately. We receiived the full within 7 days. The product is good quality but the assembly directions can use some work.

Everything fit perfectly! Better diagrams would have been better. They were tiny. Also Home Depot had the wrong installation guide. I was able to put it together by myself!

Below average quality.

Dented poles material. I have called handyman to do the job. The pergola is not strong kinda waste.

Not durable!

Make sure you install in a sheltered area. Wind bent it with minimal wind then a few days later with a decent amount of wind blew it down completely. Very sad it only lasted two weeks. Get what you pay for I guess.

Not a great start.

Items came in two separate shipments. They were box one out of two and box two out of two. The box 2 out of two was missing several different items. Walmart said I would have to contact the company Aosos. Could only find an email I emailed them and they are now shipping me out the missing parts. Haven’t had the chance to set it up yet because of all the snow hopefully everything’s there and it’s smooth from that point.

Unsafe, didnt last a year.

It was great.. until it wasn’t. We bought in May 2023, took 4 ppl to set it up and we enjoyed it all summer but it didn’t last through the winter. The entire pergola collapsed in the snow, destroying our outdoor furniture. I wouldn’t recommend.

Several damaged- dented parts. However , Everything went together properly.

It’s very nice. A bit light weight. Not sure how it will fare in a storm. Very hard to put together. Took us 8 hrs. But we are in our 60’s.

Shady Days

Seems like really great product. Paid to have it put together and for two about 4 1/2 hour job.

Unsatisfied

The item came damaged. The metal supports were damaged and looked like they had been bent. There were other scratches and dents as well.

Cheap is not always good.

part were shipped damaged, open up the box and one of the cross member bracket was broke at the weld and one of the main legs "C2" was bent.

Went together easily and all parts were included. I suggest having a helper and a drill with an Allen wrench type attachment. It has been up for a couple months and I LOVE it! I did have to use a shirt bungie cord to use as a tie back, aside from that I am 100% happy!
