It is exactly what I expected. It has taken awhile to get the creases out, but that's OK.
This rug is huge and is exactly what I wanted in our living room with 2 dogs! I like that it’s lightweight and washable.
Rug came with some seperated areas in the rug.I went online to return the rug and was unable to.I had to call customer service and upload pictures showing why I wanted to return it and was told someone would reach out to me in 48 hours. I then was emailed with this… “After reviewing your order, I can see that you've provided many photos of your received Area Rug and we appreciate this greatly. While I can see the uploaded photos, we've been able to confirm that the Area Rug has arrived in the correct condition.” So if that is considered the correct condition I wont be ordering again. They also took the shipping cost out of my refund to send the rug back to them!
