Poor instruction, wrong parts, defect in roof panel had to take it apart to fix all the problems. Very poor design wish I never bought it.
[Rewarded Review] LifeTime 8'x5' Shed
Product was delivered as requested on ther selected date. 2 boxes. Watched video on how to assemble. Now in the process of following owner manual to complete assemble. So far no issues. Like that the hardware for each section has been separated into labeled bags. This help reduce the chance of losing a part.
[Rewarded Review] Difficult assembly
Parts didn't line up. Screws too short. Doors won't close. Destroyed mallet trying to "slide" parts on.
Armado de covertizo
Magnífica experiencia en el armado y divertida a la vez buen producto
The only downside was that the instructions were hard to follow. The instructions read to use specific fasteners in marked baggies, however, the baggies had different markings than the instructions stated!

Nice product!
Instructions were simple and easy to understand. No missing or defective pieces. Only issue was the doors did close properly, but discovered that the heat caused the plastic to expand. Went to work on the issue later in the evening and they had returned to normal.
Looks Great and perfect size for our needs
It took my son and I About 7 hours to complete. We did it on 2 different days. You need 2 people. The most difficult tasks was getting all the side walls to snap into the floor. We also made one door wrong and had to redo it. The roof can challenging but with a little finesse we got it together. Company should engineer a better way for the wall panels to snap it. All in all happy with the results.

This is my second one. Other one lasted for 15 years and still in top dhape. I recommend!
Good Storage Shed
I had this 8' x 5' shed installed on a concrete floor. Very solid and well built. It fits my needs, and I like it. The only reason I gave a 4-star rating is because the door top locking latch broke, which made the spring retention quit working. It would have been 5-stars otherwise. I contacted the factory and made a warranty claim without any issues. Great customer service! I recommend this shed to anyone looking for additional storage room.
Wrong part
I bought two of these sheds last month and just finished assembling. Why did it take long? Because one shed had the wrong parts, so we had to return a whole shed and wait for it’s replacement. We picked up our new shed and while building it an entire panel did not have the pre-made holes drilled! This caused us to build that side “blindly,” which caused one side to but a little higher causing the second part to not fit perfectly. In the end we built both but the one shed did not bolt correctly because of the missing pre-made holes.
I was given a flat plastic piece that was never called for in the assembly instructions. Still don’t know what it is supposed to be used for.
nice product make sure its level and allow about two people 6 hours to assemble
Excellent product. Sturdy and not too hard to put together except for the doors.
The quality of the video assembly instructions on YouTube and the labeling and packaging of all the parts and hardware were the best I’ve seen of any complex assembly product I have ever purchased. It was surprisingly simple and straightforward to assemble and I was able to mostly do it solo. The toughest parts were snapping the walls into the floor for corner pieces and getting the roof pieces to line up with the pre-drilled/molded holes to connect with the top of the walls. I imagine some of that is typical of a resin shed that some amount of warping and manipulation has to happen to get a good fit. One thing I have noticed about the finished product is that temperature and moisture changes affect the fit of the doors. I had a storm hit in the middle of my assembly and had to split that work over two days as a result, exposing parts to an evening of late spring rain. That seemed to affect the fit of pieces on day two a bit and led to a few instances where I needed a little help to fit the walls and roof properly. But I also seem to have intermittent fit issues with the doors. Specifically, I cannot have the left hand door closed and flush bolted and open/close the main right side door due to the door hardware catching. Somehow, the alignment of the spacing of the door is off just enough that I have to close them at the same time to get a flush alignment. That means I need an external lock to ensure they don’t open from a strong wind. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star rating.
The shed is nice looking and matches our house well which was a requirement of the HOA. However, it was difficult to put together. Even with 3 adult people it still took about 8-10 hours. The pieces did not always fit. At one point we had to cut away the floor to get the side piece in, and now the floor and wall is not flush or very sturdy. So we purchased additional metalware and screwed the floor and wall together. The doors do not fit well and are tied together with a bungee cord. We added extra weight as a good strong wind could probably blow this over. Overall, not the best purchase, but too much hassle to return. I will say a piece was missing, and getting a replacement sent was very easy with no hassle and it came quickly. The customer service was great. The low rating is regarding the product, not the company.
[Rewarded Review] Great shed for smaller spaces
The Lifetime 5x8 shed is the Goldilocks of sheds for our home. Any larger and it would be too big to fit in our yard and if it were any smaller, it would be too small to hold what we need it to. It can easily hold a few bikes, some of our yard games, and our lawnmower. All with a footprint that doesn’t take up too much space. Now we just need to get some shelves and other accessories to make it easier to store a few more things in it.
[Rewarded Review] Perfect for your outdoor storage solutions!
Great shed for the size! Arrived in two boxes, clear and concise directions. The YouTube video was very helpful. Install was great, but a few steps could be revised to make it less frustrating. Set up definitely required two people, don't try to go at it alone. Keep a drill bit handy for plastics that didn't quite mold right, there were a few holes missing that required drilling through. Great roof height makes it easy to stand inside and organize how you like. Solid flooring with proper footing. Screened vents are a huge plus! I've had a few other brands that bees and insects became a problem in - I don't see that being an issue with this one. Great design for roof gaps to drain down the truss support makes for a dry interior! Skylights in the roof give great natural lighting inside. Solid choice if you're looking for an upgrade to your storage solutions!
