Beautiful!

The floor pillow is beautifiul and exactly what I was looking for but it came with snags and pulls in several places. I contacted Wayfair inquiring about this and if I could send it back for a replacement. Originally I was told to keep it and they would send another one. Soon after I received an email saying I could keep this pillow and receive $15.89 back to my account or I could return the pillow and get full credit. I suspect there were no more of this pillow in this color. I took the $15.89 and kept the pillow but overall wished I had been able to get an identical replacement. Customer service was quick to respond.

Would actually give 4.5 stars if I could. Thick, but the stuffing bunches in weird ways sometimes. Good for sitting on the floor! Pretty pattern and colour.

We love it!! So plush and thick. The fabric is a beautiful wheat shade that looks so beachy which goes with my “coastal grandmother” decor. Would definitely recommend!

I bought 2 for an excerciseroom. I'm 230 lbs and these pillows was very comfortable for me sitting on more than an hour. Also they retain shape. I recommend the pillows 100%!

Poorly made

Was so excited to find such big pillows at a good price. Theyre incredibly poorly made. I was keeping them on my bed as decoration but just getting leaned against pilled them up. The tassels have mostly fallen off...I cant imagine these surviving as floor pillows.

Wish I had purchased the larger size but it's beautifully made.

Absolutely loved this pillow when we got it. Beautiful, soft, comfy. My husband had the boys over and well, they didn't treat this pillow the way I do. Care instructions are for spot clean only....I threw it in the wash on a delicate cycle and let it air dry. Pom poms (corners) aren't the same. Also, a few string have pulled because this is like a crochet/ weaved matieral….not from the wash but from it getting caught on pants, dog nails etc. Basically this is my warning to you- if you have kids, a dog, a husband with rowdy friends...not your floor pillow. If it's durability you're after, not your floor pillow. If you treat it with the care and respect it needs, it would be a great addition to any boho home. If you want something for aesthetic purposes, I recommend.
