The product is good and assembly instruction was very clear. However some of the screws don't fit the hole and very hard to tighten them.

Way overpriced for the quality

These chairs are poorly made and way overpriced for the quality. I really should have returned them, but due to the box was badly damaged I would have had to try to repackage in something else. The product was not damaged but the hardware package was torn so all the hardware was everywhere and was missing a few bolts but I had some I was able to use. I was stupid not to return them but I was having a get together and needed them at the time. Don't waste your money on these chairs.

Poorly made for the price

The box had a hole in the corner which caused damage to the bag that holds hardware and some was missing and everything was jumbled. I was able to use hardware from the old chairs and put them together. They are a poorly made would not recommend this product. I kept them because it would be too much trouble to send back.

Assembly required, a lot !

A lot of assembly required with many mis-tapped screw holes.

Bad product

I would not purchase this brand again because the ball bearings that makes it swivel is all the time fallen out! Have tightened all the bolts.. Very dissatisfied to pay that higher price for something that you can’t even sit in.

Difficult to assemble

Be prepared to put aside plenty of hours to assemble these chairs. It comes in multiple pieces so pack your patience. We almost returned the other 2 we ordered but it is good quality

Beautiful, excellent quality

Machined poorly, makes assembly difficult

The parts aren't machined correctly, misaligned holes and bolts frequently cross-threaded due to too small of holes and/or too much paint on the bolts. This made the chairs extremely difficult to assemble. We purchased 6 chairs, and experienced these issues with 4 of them, and no two were alike (trouble with different pieces on each chair. Getting the small screws and pieces out of the unnecessarily difficult packaging was time-consuming (why not just package in small bags?), though not a big deal. With that said, the chairs are nice-looking and feel sturdy once assembled.

Bar eight swivel chairs

For the price of the bar height swivel chairs, these are perfect. They are able to hold our heavier guest while being comfortable for every day use!

The chairs were very reasonably priced.

I received & assembled 4 chairs in a few days. I like the way they look on my backyard patio. The chairs are very comfortable too.

Quality Control Non-existent

After recieving the chairs and spending an hour removing the hardware from the blister pack and placing all of the different screws and washers in seperate cups I began putting the chairs together. I got no further than the second seat when a major part did not align. The support leg for the armrest was welded at the complete wrong angle. I placed the part over the other icentical (correct) chair for photos. Had to take it back to the store.

Love the chairs. But the bearings will come out when a heavier person sits on them. About 250 lbs. Otherwise love them.

Low quality for the price

Low quality for the price. Difficult to put together as the packet of parts arrived jumbled together and poorly marked. Cushions were dirty and one was missing the tie to hold it to the chair. Foot rest one one chair arrived dented.

Very poor quality

After 3 months ball bearings are falling out of the chairs!

Note…they have to be assembled !! Just lot work!

Same chairs we purchased from Lowe’s came in boxes & were already assembled … had to put both of these together! Very disappointed !… a lot of work… should have been discounted if we had to put them together. Not quality either. We have set & needed to replace 2 where seats had worn out!

Comfortable

Good quality. Comfortable cushions length color. Perfect for our waterfront balcony to see over the rails. Very spacious for very tall Husband.

Perfect entertaining chairs

Love the swivel, the height and the space on the chair. The price is right for what you are getting. This is my second purchase of these chairs.
