Hated it. Took it back after unboxing and couldn’t get my money back either. Gave me store credit. So now I’m being forced to buy something else from them. Don’t waste your time or money on a company who doesn’t honor their customers. I spend thousands every year at HD. No longer, ever!

A good deal

I recently bought this product. When I got it home, I was surprised by the size of it. But assembly wasn't difficult at all, and I had it together in no time.

Comfortable but still hot

This mattress is very comfortable but not at all cooling.

Soft decent mattress

This is a decent mattress (beware 14 inches is a much higher bed). I would have preferred the Zinus without the pillowtop BUT Sam's Club did not have them available at that time. I have back issues so firm is better for me. I will always LOVE my original Zinus 12 inch mattress. Not sure why they changed it up but I would love to see the original one back.

Nice matteess

The mattress is very comfortable, does not wobble, no wave, no bounce. Do not notice any cooling affect.

Sinus 14” hybrid

This is our first hybrid bed and so far we love it. I was worried it would be too soft but has been great so far.

Good quality for price

The mattress is a good for its price range. The top part is definitely cooling and it is nice addition to a mattress if you tend to get hot at night. I personally prefer a firmer mattress but this one is very soft and plush. This is a good mattress for a kid/teen or a guest room. Again, for the price it is comfortable, cooling and the pillow top adds additional plushness. 4.5/5

Bang for your buck

My husband and i have been sleeping on this mattress for about three weeks now. It was a replacement for our twelve year old, $2,000 serta mattress. The difference has been outstanding. We were worried it wouldnt be a quality mattress due to the pricepoint, but i am happy to say that worry was unwarranted. We are both tall and have back issues. Since switching mattresses even my smart watch has noticed the improvement in sleep quality. Don't pass on this one. Great for back and side sleeping. Not the strongest edge, but also not terrible for a memory foam topper. 10/10 for us.

Offers a quality Firm and Comfortable night sleep

I slept on the mattress a few nights before writing this review. The mattress comes vacuumed sealed and was easily removable. Quality of the stitching looks good in tact. The mattress is thicker than my last which was a positive change for me. The mattress feels on the firmer side. I did not wake up feeling any back aches or body pains which is a good thing. I did not really notice the cooling effects that it is supposed to offer. One thing to note is I feel the center of the mattress feels like it remains a bit higher as my wife and I sleep throughout the night.

Comfortable and cozy

Wow! This mattress is very comfortable. It did take a while to “form” after unpacking but it was ready by bedtime. The mattress is firm but not stiff. There was a light smell when I opened it but didn’t bother me and it was completely gone by the second day. I would recommend airing it out a day before sleeping on it if you a smell sensitive.

I was skeptical but it’s actually nice!

I was skeptical about the mattresses that come in a box but this mattress is nicer than I had expected. After a waiting period of 72hrs to let it regain its shape from the shrink wrap, it looks like a mostly normal mattress. When you first sit down it gives the impression it’s going to be very soft and are going to sink in but once you lay down it’s actually not at all! The pillow top is soft but the bed overall is still firm so you don’t uncomfortably sink in and get stuck. I did notice the sides/corners aren’t reenforced or smoothly rounded out which means the sheet doesn’t have the crisp smooth look but unless you’re staring at it you wouldn't notice! After a week of it being open & airing out the room, a chemical smell does linger from it which I don’t like at all- I’m hoping this will go away with more time. Overall this mattress is nice, for right now I will use it in the guest bedroom since it’s a nice mix of soft with the pillowtop but overall firm. I would be happy sleeping on it while on vacation!

Great mattress

Decent mattress. Fairly comfortable, keeps you cool while sleeping, very thick and cushioned. I would definitely purchase this mattress again when I need another. I love the cooling feature which keeps you from getting hot at night.

Convenient to ship and really comfortable!

This mattress comes in a very large and very heavy box! It comes rolled up. I was surprised by how nice the quality was for a memory foam mattress. It is very soft and you sink right into it. If you’re looking for a super firm mattress this isn’t for you, but if you love the feeling of your mattress almost hugging you this is absolutely perfect!

Loving my new mattress! It arrived nicely packaged and easy to maneuver with two people of course. Easy to forget that it’s a queen size mattress in that box! Laid it on on the floor and it was so easy the mattress starts unrolling it’s self once you open it. Once the vacuum seal is broken it perks up in no time. My last mattress I ordered like this took what felt like forever to “inflate” but not this one. The pillow top is very soft but supportive my sleep has really improved since switching to this mattress

Comfy and memory foam

Excellent bed, and very body forming, it’s a really nice memory foam and I love it, took a couple of days before it fully inflated, but since then, it’s been very comfortable and durable to sleep on. I might buy a couple more for the rest of the kids.

Love it! Highly recommend

Honestly the best sleep I've gotten in years. Didnt know how much I needed a new mattress until I laid on this one. You will sleep like a baby. Highly recommend this to anyone. Usually toss and turn until I fall asleep but not with this mattress.

Great Level of Comfort

I had used the same bed for close to 10 years, so I was nervous to try something else. Since day one I’ve been sleeping better. loved it and highly recommend it to anyone. I will be purchasing another one in the future for the guest bedroom.
