TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I ordered this couch the end of December. It arrived 4 weeks later with a broken arm. I assumed the replacement would be expedited. No. I received an email saying (no apology) the delivery would be 2/20. Fine. Less than 7 days out, they changed delivery to 2/24, saying the former was actually only an ESTIMATED date. I had scheduled an 8-day work trip around this 2/20 delivery date and I am not going to wait 8+ weeks for the delivery of this couch when it should only have been 4 weeks! Five ugly conversations later during which I was told so many times they were sorry for the inconvenience (no, they really weren't) and that I had to understand they had all these logistics they had to take into consideration when they should have pushed back every single order for this same couch so they could get my replacement to me ASAP. Everyone I spoke to said there was no supervisor, no way to speak to someone in authority. In fact, most of my dealings were with the DELIVERY company! I ended up canceling the order I was so disgusted with the lack of professionalism and integrity from both Ashley Furniture and Sammy the delivery company. I'd give less than one star if I had the option. I will be buying a couch from another more reputable and reliable furniture company.

Couch = great

I love the couch and the tables I got to go with it. The only thing I disliked about Ashley’s ordering process was they took and replaced the money for the couch twice before finally taking payment for good. I wish they didn’t do this, as someone that keeps tabs on their bank accounts this was annoying and confusing.

Absolutely love it! We bought it without seeing it in person, and we are so glad we took the leap of faith. I agree with other reviews saying it looks a little more grey in person, but actually matches our other furniture perfectly! It is also soo comfy! It feels a little firmer, which works for us, and we imagine it will soften the more it is used, but we like the feel now just fine. The back cushions do not detach, wish they did, but it's ok. Still plenty of room to sit, lay, and have your dogs lay with you =)

Its perfect for certain spaces

Its perfect for my small space however its small for a large grown man. My father is 6'1" and 200lb and its short and shallow for him. Good for me being 5'3" 120lb though!

A very comfortable couch

This is a very nice quality and comfortable couch for the money. I’d highly recommend it for an apartment or a small house- it is very comfortable to lounge out on while watching TV.

Exactly as expected for a couch in this price range. Foam is nice and firm, has started to “break in†over the past week of use. Fabric is nice. Color is definitely a greyish beige in person. Hopefully it holds up over time.
