The sofa is perfect for our family room. The seat cushions are firm and the pillows add a nice touch. The quality and texture of the material is really nice and should hold up to occasional rough housing.

So Sharp!

I was so surprised when the sofa arrived. It was beautiful and better than the picture. Sharp and chic. The color is such a nice change as all I found in my search was grey. Love my sofa.

LOVE THIS COUCH WITHOUT RESERVATION!!!

It was installed by 2 gentlemen who helped me not only remove the old couch, but also brought up a large chair from downstairs. They were right on time, and eager to place it in my living room.

Lovely furniture but the experience was horrible

I start by saying that the furniture is beautiful. The cushions are very firm, the fabric is lovely and I love the print on the pillows. The process of getting my furniture delivered was a nightmare. It was all supposed to be delivered on one day so I took the day off work. The truck arrived and when they unpacked the couch is had a tear in the lining on the bottom of the couch. I had waited a month for the furniture and had already given my other away, so I had none. I decided to let it go, since you couldn't see it. Then they opened the loveseat and it was the wrong one. So it had to be returned. They ottoman was fine but they didn't even have the oversized chair. It was lost. I had to call JCP about the loveseat and chair. The gentleman I spoke with said he needed to cancel my original order and reorder the loveseat. I asked him to make sure it was exactly as placed because I had also purchased the 5 yr protection plan. He assured it would be the same. He also put a trace on the chair. The chair was located and they delivered it two days later, another afternoon off work. The following week I received a notice that the loveseat was shipped and would be delivered by 5/2. I finally got the loveseat in perfect condition however; I thought I better verify the 5 yr protection plan. I called JCP and was told no, it was not purchased with the reorder and there was no way for me to get it now. I was livid! I talked to the Manager of the customer service dept who claimed to have spoken to the company that provides that service and told him that they would not let me purchase it now. Even though I had purchased it with my original purchase and it was their customer service reps fault that it was not added. He acknowledged that this has been just a mess from the beginning. So he gave me $100 off the loveseat. Not the point...I will never buy furniture from JCP again after this experience.

This couch is so lovely. After living with my young grandson for the past three years, it was wonderful to be able to purchase something in a light color. This fit the bill and is super comfortable.

Wonderful sofa. Not too soft or firm. Very comfortable and great to watch movies or stretch out and nap on. It looks just like the pictures. White glove delivery was excellent.

Super comfy and stylish

I was nervous because this couch is white and I have pets..but it has held up great. It is just off white enough that pet hair doesn't show. Plus I've had some amazing naps on it.

This sofa is absolutely awesome!

This sofa is EXCELLENT! 102" long from outside end to end & plenty of room for me to lay down & possibly have another person sitting on the other end. The seat part is 22" wide which is nice & deep for me (I'm 5' 2"). The color is just perfect. It's a two-tone light color & a light beige so it's a nice light colored couch but not white......which makes me nervous. I had a lot of company last Saturday and everyone raved about how beautiful it was and how comfortable it is to sit on.
