Hardware not included with the gray chair

I bought the cream color and the gray color hanging chair and only the cream color once came with the hardware needed to hang the chair. The gray hanging chair did not come with the hardware needed to hang it. Disappointed at that.

needs to come with bolts to screw into a frame. otherwise perfect for a teenager or pre teen. came with no parts to hang it.

I purchased two of the hanging macrame chairs and they've already been a blessing in my home. One I have in my lower level family room right next to the door wall looking out to the lake and this is where I do my morning devotion time. Golden. The other one is in our main level living room next to the door wall looking out to the lake and my grandkids will curl up on my lap and snuggle here. Blessing.
