Nice chair, BUT...

The chair itself is great, however the description clearly states "no assembly required" which is not true. It comes in a box in 4 pieces which is only delivered to the door. It's very heavy and given that it's intended for the elderly or those with mobility issues I would have expected it to at least be brought inside the house. My husband is sight impaired and I have some minor mobility problems so we really struggled to unpack and assemble it.

Excellent raise recliner chair

Purchase and delivery excellent. The chair is of good quality and a price that cant be beaten. Why only 4 stars, maybes the hip operation giving discomfort and after sitting to long the chair is slightly uncomfortable. Chair or Butt?

This is a really nice massaging lift chair for my wife to use. Unfortunately, it was not the size that I thought it was from the picture and would love to have had the dimensions on it, but I still would’ve bought it anyway, but it would’ve really been nice if it been just a little bit wider!

Nice and neat

Easy to construct and looks nice and neat. I bought it to fill a space on my patio and it fits perfectly. I keep my hand tools in the little door at the top and my lawnmower, shears and brush in the main part. I didn’t bother with the internal shelves so I could fit all those in.

It was easy to assemble. Works great. Little small for my husband but good for me. Great for a smaller space. I highly recommend it if you have surgery and need to keep your legs raised.

Good value power recliner.

Came in a box but was easy to assemble. Easy to use but wouldn't recommend it for someone extremely portly. Very comfortable to sit in. Wish it came if different colors.

I purchased the chair for my wife, who sadly is now receiving palliative care. The chair fully meets her requirements, it’s easy to use and is very comfortable. The purchasing was straightforward, simple and effortless. However, the whole experience was somewhat ruined by the delivery service. We live on the fourth floor of an apartment block. The delivery man/men left the chair in the foyer of our building. At no time did he (they) attempt to contact me or use the lift to deliver the chair to my front door. It was left to a neighbour to inform me that two large packages had been left in the foyer. Luckily both my sons were visiting their mother and they were able to bring the chair to our apartment.

Impressive Purchasse

I am so thrilled. My doctor recommended that I get a recliner. I live in an apartment so I needed something on the smaller side This particular chair fit the bill. First of all, my nephew was able to assemble it in a matter of minutes. After that it was and is such a pleasure. I am truly impressed.

Have been looking at rise/recline chairs for my parents for some time. These were exceptional value compared to others so I was concerned about what the quality may be like. However I am very impressed, they do what we wanted and are very comfortable. The delivery time was very prompt and they were straightforward to set up.

I bought this for my mother after having carpal tunnel surgery in both wrists. She was having trouble sleeping and getting into and out traditional chairs. This recliner arrived quickly and was easy for my husband and me to assemble. The size is perfect for her, and we are now considering buying her another one for her living room.

Great chair with super speedy delivery

This chair arrived the day after I ordered it in a huge box. I was very sceptical about assembling it but it turned out to be extremely straightforward and we had no problems. Mum sat in it immediately and loves it. She keeps the remote control in the pocket on the side so it’s always handy.

Great for My Mother

This chair is small. It is built for people under 200 pounds which makes it perfect for my mom. She has room to curl up with a pillow and blanket. The back reclines, then the feet come up. The power lift is exactly what she needed. I am not sure about the durability of the fabric but I was satisfied with the neutral brown color in the space.

The chair is adequate. The arms of the chair are almost nonexistent so reclining is not as comfortable as it could be. The chair does have a very small foot print so it doesn’t take up much room. Even in the upright position the back of chair slopes so one can’t sit straight. The construction is sturdy but the design leaves something to be desired.

Easy to operate

My Mom is in her 90's and suffers from dementia. She finds this chair to be very comfortable. The most important feature is the remote. It has 2 buttons - up and down! It's not at all confusing, and she can operate it by herself. This is invaluable to a caregiver wearing a pager, who had to go running every time she wanted to change the position of her old chair. Another plus - the fabric is very easy to clean.

Most comfortable chair ever!!

This is by far the most comfortable chair we've ever had! We got this for my elderly grandmother (who loved it--she struggled with standing up from chairs but was able to easily stand from it with the lift assist!). I now sit in the chair all the time! There is a cushion supporting the lower back that is perfect. I simply love this chair.
