While the dining chairs are beautiful, it took some work on our part to make it so. . . - 2 of the 4 chairs arrived with missing parts. This has not been resolved by the seller nor houzz. . - All four chairs were missing “paint” at the connected points of the chairs - we fixed this ourselves which then made the chairs look to be their full potential. . - Chair pads were so low and low quality that they wore down within a week - we replaced the chair pads. . - Chair construction oversight led to assembly challenges for example a staple was in the way of one of the holes - we has to “force” the staple out of the way . . I do not regret getting the chairs because they look lovely with our new dining table. However, this is my last venture into online furniture purchasing.
