Great quality rug with interesting detail! The color differs from photo in that the yellowish color is really olive which worked out great for me since it matched my sofa.

Lovely pattern, have received compliments. Colors go very well with the colors I have in my guest room - blues and greens. So far, seems to be wearing well. Glad with my purchase. Always worried about a large purchase online but so far, I've done well.

Thick rug

This rug is pretty however it is very thick as a runner for my liking.

Doesn't stop shedding!

Rug has held up nicely but I've been waiting nearly a year for it to stop shedding and it's still just as bad as day 1. My house is constantly covered in clumps of wool shedding dust. Even a freshly vacuumed rug will leave wool hairs on my clothing. This is not a good rug for a high traffic area, or maybe any area at all unless you plan on vacuuming daily and never letting your clothes touch it. If you have children be prepared to have them covered in wool hair regularly.

As with another runner I bought on overstock, it got all 'excellents' because the quality was so nice compared to the cost. Thick pile, mitered band backing, not shedding. Its in my laundry room where I was going with all white and just some soft blue paint. This runner is now the brightest feature, and I'm really happy with the effect. The colors are true, and as with any runner, they get lighter/darker depending on which direction you walk. The white circle/square feature (embedded on the blue area) is really more ivory. I was concerned that it would jump out among the other colors, but its muted.
