Beautiful color, lots of shedding

This rug was lovely but when it was still shedding heavily after 18 months, I ireplaced it. My photo makes the rug look darker than it actually is, the Overstock photo is more true.

Bad quality product, Worst customer service

Bad quality. We have bought several other rugs from this brand, but this one started coming apart only a couple of days after we put it out! Walked on this "Runner" maybe a dozen times. Called customer service, very rude and keep us online "Chat" for over half an hour. Told us that this is "their fault", they would refund it but we have to go out and buy packaging first!! What is the point of online shopping again?? Will not buy anything from Overstock again. The customer service is the reason for not shopping on this site ever again. Extremely dissatisfied!

We really like the way this rug looks but it shed terribly for the year+ that we had it. We had to vacuum it regularly and empty the vacuum when done because it was full....I mean it shed A LOT which is the reason for 2 stars.

Sheds a ton and collects hair like any wool rug, but that is to be expected -- just know that you'll need to vacuum quite a bit! But the weave is nice and dense, feels great underfoot. Interesting pattern and design without looking busy, a great way to achieve a modern chinoiserie look.

this rug is Gorgeous but definitely not gray. More like a seafoam or Aqua: the white is very creamy. It's a beautiful color, just wasn't right for my space as I was going for something more neutral.

BEAUTIFUL COLOR, MINIMAL SHEDDING.

After short using the product started pills. Only 3 weeks...

After short using the product started pills. Only 3 weeks .This is expensive rug and should stay for last but already look used. Maybe I should buy something in different store for better quality.

Color is off

Although the quality of the rug is good, the color did not work in my home. The pictures on line were a silver gray but in person was more of a blue/lavender hue.

Soft rug

Very nice and soft rug for our living room. It got 4 stars because of its bad odor when the plastic wrap being removed. The smell went away after a week.

A bit expensive

This is a small rug that we purchased for a tight space. It appears well-made, is very soft, and the color is just what we saw on our monitor (a major consideration for us). But considering its size the price is a little high.
