Perfect and looks exactly like picture

Beautiful

Very beautiful and well made area rug. I have purchased several Safavieh rugs over the years and could not be happier with all of them. The colors of this rug are shades of grey, cream, mustard, tan/brown. Edges are well bound. No shedding. Vacuums nicely.

Lovely rug. Blue gray accent w gold tones . I liked it my husband didn't......thought it was to feminine . Gave to my sister who loves it

COLOR MISLEADING

Rug is beautiful with nice thickness. Description states gray and tan but but does not mention yellow (mustard) color. We were able to use rug but some customers would have to return it because of the yellow. In all, I would definitely recommend it other customers.

Great Quality & Fast Service

This is the second Safavieh Bella rug I have ordered from Overstock. I love the rugs. The service is amazing. Both times, the rugs were delivered in less than 48 hours! This time the rug was here in time for Thanksgiving. I just wish it came in a 9x12 size. I am very happy with both the rugs, the quick service and the price.

Master Bedroom Rug

Perfect rug and very true to picture and description.

Poor customer service

Rug was fine but ordering through Wal Mart is not! They ship with Overstock, so communication after the order is placed is transferred to Overstock. I contacted them to tell them the rug didn't work in my space. They are charging me $43 to return the rug!! I will NEVER order through Wal Mart again. Plenty of other companies offer free returns. Use them instead!

Very Pungent Odor

Nice thick rug with quality construction, but there was a really unfortunate odor issue--unfortunately, after days, the odor did not dissipate. Had to return.

A little lighter in color than shown online

Love this rug. Color is lighter in person than online photo shows. Heavy enough to lay flat. Nice quality. Does shed a bit at the beginning but then its fine

I absolutely love this rug! It is a wonderful thickness and the pattern on the rug looks beautiful. The grey is more of a warm grey that would work wonderfully in any room with a light grey paint color. I definitely recommend.

Another stunning Safavieh rug! I love the colors which are true to what I see on the screen, and the design is textured, if that makes sense. I bought the runner to match another piece from the same line.
