Rough Rattan

Did not like the feel of the rattan, it's rough and not smooth. Unfortunately opened after the 30 days so cannot return. Maybe a cushion will help.

We love these stools that we got for our screen room. We live on a saltwater bay and wanted stools that would not rust.

Poorly made. Unraveling already. Screws don't even start on chair. Poorly designed. Screws are even in a bad spot to be able to tighten under seat. I. Ordered 4 and I'm sorry I did.

A sturdy yet lightweight stool.

Multiple chairs were broken. A 10% Off Coupon that was emailed to me and stated was applied. And It Was not applied. Reached out multiple times with no response for $400 credit which should have been applied. Spent over $4000 and this is how I was treated. Don’t spend your money with this company ever!!!

Good looking, not easy to assemble

The stools look great and appear to be pretty sturdy so far. I rated 4 stars due to two issues... 1) assembly is not easy and if done wrong can throw off the balance of the stool. After a lot of frustration, my husband learned to screw in the pieces only a bit, then I'd sit on the stool and he'd tighten everything. If not done this way, the legs were uneven. 2) the wrapping on one of the stools was broken. I easily used a hot glue gun to fix this, but it didn't cover the entire length of the pole so it doesn't look very good. I've included pictures of before and after.

Horrifying to put together

These came in boxes of course we had to assemble them like we have many patio furniture, and the screws and bolts were stripped the directions weren’t worth the effort of reading and we had to end up hiring someone to put them together.
