This is a very sturdy, sharp looking piece! We absolutely love it! It did take some time assemble, but the directions were step-by-step and very easy to understand. It was worth it! It is SOLID...nothing flimsy or cheap about it! Probably the best Walmart purchase I've ever made!! Highly recommend!!!

Bad service

I paid to get this tv said up but it’s still in the box in my living room no one has came to put it up

Horrible customer service

It is a beautiful tv stand but the fireplace does not work!! I turned it on the night we assembled it to make sure it worked and it did. I turned it on for about 15 minutes a few days later, it worked. I tried to turn it on again a few days later the heater did not work. I contacted the company numerous ways and finally received a response to troubleshoot by making sure the fuse was tightened but there are no fuses. Haven’t been able to get a response since. Would not recommend if wanted for heating purposes as well as style.

Fireplace looks just like the picture, better than the picture. Love it, Love it!!!

Fireplace itself is beautiful. Wasn’t a horrible experience putting it together. The only thing about this fireplace that’s disappointing is when the fireplace is on it’s given off a horrible cracking sound. I called the company thinking something was wrong with the motor and was told that the manufacturer made it this way to give off an actual sound of crackling fire. Nice concept but that’s not exactly how it sounds. It’s more of an annoying sound that crackling wood.
