Cracked Table

First they gave me a bogus tracking number .order this table in may 2021 to be delivered in New Jersey and the tracking information said table was delivered in January to Illinois.Try to call them about the tracking information and no one will answer the phone or your emails,customer service is nonexistent. Then When the table do arrive it’s cracked down the center of the table , Table was not packaged well at all .And tried calling them about damage table wit no luck

Beautiful

Beautiful table! I like that the marble top has natural veining. It’s so pretty. It’s a heavy piece of furniture with the marble in place. Takes two people to move it with marble in place.

Arrived damaged. Cannot get a response from customer service

The marble top arrived completely cracked in half. No one answers the customer service line. I emailed customer service and got an auto response that they would respond in 4-5 days. It has now been 9 days. I have emailed them twice. I am now stuck holding the bag on a $700 purchase and a broken table taking up space in my garage. I bet if it wasn't broken it would be great but this customer service is not what I expected from Lulu & Georgia. I'm disappointed.
