It is pictured in WHITE, but the valance is CREAM colored. I purchased it to go with the Kate Valance..it looks AWFUL!!!!! These pieces were all pictured together, but they do NOT natch. I am VERY disappointed!!!!!

I was looking for a bathroom valance & tier and this one was perfect - I purchased the tier along with the valance . It’s not fancy and adds just enough color . I ended up purchasing another set for our other bathroom .
