Great little vehicle

My 3 year old grandson loves it. We gave to him at the beach. He road over the small sand dunes.

terrible customer service

purchased an unopen box with the ride on jeep from an internet auction site, the second box that contains the wheels and axles was missing. got the jeep for a great price. so I figured I would just contact customer service and order replacement parts. low and behold they inform me that they don't sell replacement parts after the warranty expires ( which is 60 days )

Horrible…

This product is terrible. It barely moves thru short grass. It does not turn but barely… it is junk.

Second one and they just stop working after a few uses.

Instructions

This is one of those products that you really do want to make sure you read thru the instructions first before trying to put together. Make sure you have all of the pieces and correct tools! We even laid out all the parts and the correct hardware needed for each step (it went so much faster than the one we bought for her brother).

Waste of money- Don’t Break your child’s Heart!!

Well the car was great until the battery kicked the bucket. Support is telling me there isn’t a replacement battery. So please explain to me that why I spent 300.00 on a battery operated item and there isn’t a replacement for it.

poor experience-will not buy bestchoice again

jeep came without a parent remote and the company can not even offer for you to buy one to get one for the vehicle purchased. you would think you could get a replacement remote and have option to buy one but they wont sell replacement anything for the product/ride on toys. when friend bought and lost receipt with all order info on it but still cannot purchase any replacement parts on your own whether it was a gift or not.

Just ok

Dropped the remote and it stopped working. The Bluetooth radio also never worked.

Jeep

Headlight went out after a month of use. Dies fast.

Everything was wonderful except I have a big note on my front door to please put packages on back porch. Which they did not do! I had packages stolen from my front porch. Fed-Ex is the only company that does not put on back porch. You need someone else to deliver your packages that care about us the customer.

Good toy car

My grand daughter likes it a lot. Was just thinking about her so went on a search to get her something, she's happy with it.

Ride on car did not last

First I want to say I tried to reach out to the seller twice in regards to the car not working anymore! I had two problems with is car first the wheel does not turn well meaning my child was bumping into everything! Second too many wires under the hood that’s visible and the wires was hot glued to parts which I felt should have been shown in pictures cause I never would have purchased had I known this! My child had this car 2 months and now it cuts on but won’t drive ! I spent a lot of money and now it’s a complete waste.
