Attractive, sturdy, practical

I purchased several of the raised garden beds specifically because I can no longer comfortably garden on the ground. These beds are a great size that hold a variety and quantity of plants to provide fresh produce all through the growing season. The beds are also attractive especially when plants fill them with beautiful, colorful produce and a myriad of leaves that show-off Nature's artistry.

Indoor Garden

The depth of soil is nice and allows plants with a larger root system. The height is perfect. I’m using indoors with a grow light. It’s nice that a liner came with it so that watering doesn’t leak out. The side overall is nice and holds several plants. I have young kitties so I had to put a “gate” up around it! Fits perfect in my bay window.

I originally purchased three of these raised beds with wheels, and had problems with one of them them. One of the pre-made holes for a locking mechanism on the legs was not straight and the bolt could not connect properly, and veered toward the outside of the bed. I needed the raised bed so decided to put a 3 inch screw at a different location. It worked although not as good looking. The beds worked out well and did buy a forth table. They do look good and it held the weight of the dirt. I am anxious to see how they weather the year and would consider buying it again because it was probably a fluke problem and I chose not to report it.

Great looking raised planter! I ordered two of these and just plamted one of them full of herbs. So far it lools great and Im happy. Assembly was fairly easy except that I had the drill out 2 of the corner top caps that werent drilled to accept the dowel. Not a huge deal. I did add gorilla glue to the screw holes as a few other reviewers suggested. I also cut a few holes in the black liner for drainage as it did seem impervious to water. I stapled the edges of the liner to the inside walls of the planter at top to prevent dirt from going in between liner and planter. I used cedar oil on the outside wood of the planter and it added a nice deeper tone and an increased cedar scent. I am hoping it will protect the wood also. The planter took approximately 4 (25 quart) bags of potting soil. Im not sure if its nevessary but I added some small stones/gravel to bottom of planter as my first layer and then added the soil. Time will tell....
