Excellent gave me credit for umbrella

I bought an umbrella from this company before I wasn’t sure until the Walmart looked it up for me but I got a new one last week and it’s just so red and it’s really hard to crack down to close. My fingers aren’t that good anymore so I called and thought I would just maybe return it and see who I bought my other one from but it is the same company but I like my other one. I can’t believe Walmart gave me a credit for it without having to return it to the store. I appreciate it. I think her name is Sylvia. She’s in California. Thank you.
