Great set - worth it even with one flaw!

What a great set! Every picture in the box is electric and fascinating, providing a pretty neat history of how movies have changed over the years. I gave this as a gift to the mister and mother, who have enjoyed every movie (ok, me too). This is a fabulous collection with only one flaw: It didn't include the movie Amadeus as described on the outside. It was no trouble to contact Warner Bros who immediately rectified the situation with a copy of the DVD as if sold separately.

I bought this set for my own personal pleasure. What a wonderful collection of best picture Oscar winners over the past decades. I am happy to own film history. Superb production values. My favorite and totally unexpected benefit is the commentaries that come with the movies. They are head and shoulders over what you get on modern films to DVD. These are by well-informed individuals who give wonderful insights into the making of the films and the actors and other creators involved.
