Missing parts

So far we have opened it to find a missing piece. the chem connector which should be attached to the liner isnt there. Also, the instructions are literally a few pictures which make zero sense. Very, very frustrated

Bestway SaluSpa Aruba vs Intex Purespa

I previously had the Intel Purespa but line this Bestway Salishs better. Here are the reasons: - heats up faster - has cup holders - better display - power saver mode - freeze protect, can be used until 20F. - stronger bubbles - lighter cover - build in chlorine dispenser Cons: - no mat to layer underneath the hottub (I used the one from my previous Intex hottub) Definitely my preferred choice.

while these are a lot of fun and economical they don't last long. Get the extended warranty even if it is like pulling teeth to make a claim.

We love this thing! The lid is nice- easy to put on and take off, and keeps the water clean. Have not noticed a big increase in electric bill. The bubbles are better than expected based on other reviews. No complaints!

Product arrived quickly, very easy to assemble. Temp up to 78 on a 78 degree day with hose water in less than four hours, will fit two to three adults comfortably. So far so good!

Love it! It's accessible to my 80-year-old mother, with little difficulty. It was fairly easy to assemble, however, the instruction pictures, were insufficient. It was difficult to find a good manual online, even on your website. There are a few good videos on YouTube, but it's better to have all the information in front of you! Also, it would be nice to be able to adjust the spa settings for high and low, it is a force of water and it makes hearing difficult. Otherwise its great!

I love it .It wasn't to hard to set up I think that they should have pictures plus the written instructions not just pictures. When I was setting in it the next night and turned on the jets I felt like I was in a ringer washing machine. It was great. Thank you very much.

I LOVE my SaluSpa!! We have a small deck as well as a small all seasons room so we move it in during the winter & outside during the summer. Perfect for just myself & hubby :) I have back issues so this water therapy is so very helpful! Also beautiful design.
