Too thin

I refused it couldn’t use it didn’t like it anyway

Cannot open the door with this mat.

Slides all over the floor, unable to open the door because of the thickness and the fact it slides. Have to iron the wrinkles out in order for it to lay flat. Am returning .

Color in description misleading

This was more purple than it was mauve so it clashed with my mauve wall

I have ordered these rugs twice and have been sent the wrong color was supposed to get an email back from JCPenney regarding this issue within 72 hours and never received one

I ordered the 96 in by 120 in. Very nice rug. Excellent quality. I have also ordered a second Rug, in a smaller size. I believe these rugs are made to last for years.

I've had this rug for over three years and through three different moves and it has held up through it all. Great quality and looks cute in any room. Definitely worth it.

Chenille rug

Not happy with the company, ordered the rug before Christmas in brown, got a green rug. Returned to store and ordered again. Received another green rug! Called the company, finally got everything refunded and agent ordered for me. Yesterday I received another GREEN rug!!!!! Recommend not ordering brown rugs!

A softer weave than expected, but color true to photo and overall a good purchase.. it moves a little too easily underfoot due to soft weave.

I bought the grey and it has a hint of blue in it. This was perfect for in front of my patio door. Seems well made, definitely recommend!

Just what was needed!

We needed to cover an unfortunate meeting of carpet and laminate. The rug was true to dimensions and has enough body for years of wear. The colors matched names and pictures. We are happy with out rug.

Shipped wrong color 4 times!

I ordered the chestnut color in the 2 x 6 rug and they shipped the color Duluth green not once but four times! Even when I called Customer Service and they assured me they will get the color right this time. They even gave me a case number documenting that they would correct the issue, which obviously did no good. I assume the stock number is wrong for the chestnut brown rug and they will just continue shipping me Duluth green if I try again. I don’t even think calling them a fourth time will help!
