Good Looking, Great Value

Very impressed by the quality and look of this bar cabinet! An incredible deal, in my opinion. Took me about 90mins to set up by myself, was a little tedious but worth it.

Functional and looks good, but cheap

Design: Looks great, well-proportioned, and has lots of good features. Plenty of storage inside and fits 15 wine or 750ml liquor bottles comfortably. Each stemware slot holds about 2 wine/cocktail glasses each, though if 100% full you aren't fitting much else on the shelf. The stain is a little uneven in spots but unless you're examining up close it's not an issue for the price. Assembly: Not too bad with two people but certain parts are a pain. Some holes were drilled too small so driving the screws took a lot of effort. We were missing one screw needed to connect the top with the sides, and the left cabinet door is misaligned so it scrapes the bottom of the shelf. (Note: Target customer service was a great to work with here and resolved our issue fully). Quality: The cabinet feels cheap throughout. The cabinet doors, side panels, and especially back panels feel cheap, thin, and wobbly. when you knock on most surfaces it feels hollow, with the main horizontal surfaces (base panel, main shelf, and top shelf) being the exceptions. There were a few visual defects but mostly on parts you wouldn't see often.

I took a risk on this and ordered it despite no reviews - and I’m so glad I did! Thankfully it had reviews on Amazon but was no longer sold there. While the set up took longer than anticipated (mainly the first step or two, a second person is encouraged in my opinion) I LOVE this piece and am extremely satisfied. The instructions were easy to follow and this fit all my needs; bottle storage, glass hangers, and storage inside a drawer/cabinets. Plus inside the cabinets you can adjust the shelves for three different levels. The only hard part I had besides the initial steps for set up was pushing the backboards in, making sure the bottle storage went all the way in (mine stud out about an inch until I gently forced them in) and putting non the cabinet doors. Don’t be like me and do the right one first when the left one first is recommended. Mainly because the door brackets are reversed and I didn’t realize. All-in-all this is VERY sturdy. My main concern was wobbling due to a past purchase and the pieces are of much better quality than I hoped! Extremely satisfied!

Hubby and I put it together. It was not complicated. Looks nice in the formal area.

Decent for the price but DARK!

This bar had most of the features we wanted: wine storage, places for wine glasses to hang, and liquor cabinets on the side. Unfortunately, although the description says cappuccino, this is SUPER dark! We used to have espresso colored furniture, and this would have matched it. It is much darker than I wanted, and we will probably have to replace it. I double checked the box, and it does say cappuccino color, which should be much lighter. Very disappointed in the color we received, but it is too late for us to return it since it has been sitting in its box in our garage while we waited for our house to be ready for it.

Well worth the price - it's nice!

The package ordered through Walmart came in great shape, unlike the same one ordered through Amazon which was trashed and was immediately returned. For the price this is a nice looking and reasonably sturdy piece of furniture. The instructions are strictly by illustration and could use some better clarity, but if you've assembled KD furniture before you'll have no problems.

This is an amazing piece for $200. Directions to assemble leave a bit to be desired, but are manageable.

This wine bar was perfect for what I was looking for. It was simple to put together and the materials seem to be high quality. There were two door hinge pieces missing but the replacement request with the manufacturer was very easy and I received the missing pieces in less than a week.

Nice piece to complement our bar area.

It was a lot of work having to screw in all the hex head screws. Very time consuming. Three of the large pieces were not able to be attached to the bottom of the bar because dowels were in the wrong places and the dowels that were included could not possibly fit. The company promptly sent three new pieces that were asked for and it was able to be completed. Took way longer than expected, but had the right outcome and it was terrific customer service! I would've liked something a little bigger, but it was the exact style and color I wanted so we'll make it work! Thank you!

Better than expected

I would recommend this bar all wood except back veneer panels no one sees them against the wall. I assembled the bar by myself after I took inventory of all parts.

Haven’t really put this together yet, but I’ve looked at all the pieces to make sure everything is there and in good condition. I’m really happy with the quality of the wood and it was shipped in a timely manner. The biggest bonus was I found it on Houzz for half the price I had seen it on another site. Very pleased with this purchase!

Pluses: Great little piece of furniture. I was looking for a cabinet with a drawer to hold corkscrew, etc and doors on the cabinets to hide the booze from the kids. Surprising how few offered this. Price is very reasonable for the amount of solid wood and good design. . . Minuses:. Should have expected it would come unassembled, but I didn't. Assembly wasn't hard, but time consuming. Instructions could have been clearer (i.e., slide in the back panels BEFORE attaching the top piece.). A variety of colors would have been nice. Cappuccino is darker than the rest of my furniture. . . I would recommend.
