Really fantastic value for mid century modern lounge chairs. This was the cheapest price for the style we could find anywhere and the quality is actually very good too. The wood is real and sturdy. The cushions are very firm but I prefer that way as they will soften over time. Highly recommend.

We really like the chair. We purchased 2. They look so nice. They are a bit stiff but still pretty comfortable. They were pretty easy to put together for my husband and I - took about 20 minutes. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Not as expected

Color of faux leather is quite different than what you would expect. Cushion is not removable as the product description states. Very little padding, especially in seat cushion. Very hard and uncomfortable. Returned product.

We just received on Friday - (7 days from order to delivery) the table itself is of heavy construction with what appears to be well done and uniformed finish - seems to be high quality that I hope will hold up for at least 5 years. Table is large enough to comfortably accommodate 6 people and a lot of food and table items when dinning. Lazy Susan works well and the grandkids thought it was cool. Easy to assemble - two things (1) you must have ratchet and driver for assembly (2) position and start all 8 of bolts to attach leg supports to table top before using ratchet to complete tightening process. I gave 4 stars - if the table holds up for 5 years or better then definitely a 5 star product.

Best leather mid-century modern chairs

Of all the furniture I bought these two chairs were the biggest surprise. They are firm but very comfortable so I know they won't get saggy. They're easy to put together but you will definitely need two people to do it right. The leather has a great feel to it and looks very rich and supple.

I needed a seat that sinks down in the seat, and this works great. It's a little low, but still very comfortable and looks good. Only thing, I wish the bottom seat was pre-drilled as my little electric screwdriver was not strong enough to finish screwing in the screws. I will probably buy a 2nd one.

Happy with my purchase

This is a nice chair for a low price. I was able to assemble it by myself, although I did need to use a drill. The cushions are a little stiff but comfortable. The chair is deeper than I thought it would be - a tall man could sit comfortably in it.

Low profile furniture

It feels like good material. It is really small and really low to the ground. It would have to go with a low profile furniture so it can look good. I ended up moving it to another room since it didn't look right with my regular living room furniture.

Easy to assemble

The Braxton Bianca Lounge chair was a great addition to our home. We bought the chair and matching loveseat. The pieces are easy to assemble, although they do take two people because you need one to hold the pieces while the other attaches them together. The cams are a bit tricky to get lined up but once you get the hang of it, assembly goes smoothly. The chairs are low, which is typical of mid-century modern styles. They are very firm but not uncomfortable. The wood is nicely finished. We're very pleased!

Great Chair, Comfy and aesthetically pleasing

Great chair. Very comfy and the perfect piece to complete my living room. Assembly was moderately easy for one but, would be much easier with two people as attaching the 2 sides together created quite a "balancing act" for one person. One thing to note for assembly is that some of the hardware was a bit delicate. I tightened too tight and broke the "nut". Other than that, I love this chair.

Great purchase

So much better than I anticipated. Wood is a pretty, dark color, and the faux leather looks real. I assembled them by myself without much difficulty. Took about an hour to put two chairs together. The instructions are ****- just bad line drawings that offer very little help. You will need a screwdriver for the joints on the underside. I used an electric one, which made it very easy. Cushions are firm, which I like. I was nervous they would be too short, but they're a perfect size. Highly recommend.

Quality and look

This chair came quickly in a large box. Assembly was very easy and took about 30 minutes. The look of the chair is quite beautiful. The feel of the chair is another thing. It is very firm and will take some time getting use to. It may get softer over time. The size is perfect for an adult but not to wide that it takes up much space. Quality seems durable and long lasting and is a reasonable buy for the price.

Contemporary conversation piece

Very nice material, could easily be mistaken for a piece from a high end store. Neutral, grayish marled fabric- firm but comfortable (I added the pillow). Wood is very smooth, solid, nice quality. The only negative is that due to the modern look the seat portion is very low thus you are sitting very low. We were looking for low back furniture so there was no blocking of our picture window so it was fine, but it may look rather small in some rooms if the furniture is larger.

Super Comfy and Stylish

I LOVE OUR Baxton Studio Mid-Century Lounge Chairs. We bought two chairs and one matching stool. We purchased them in the Faux Leather fabric. The color is a pretty dark brown and matches perfectly with our leather sofa. These chairs are my 6' 3" husband's favorite and my 5'4" daughter's favorite as well. It took us about an hour to put each one together. They have a small foot print and are perfect. I highly recommend these Mid-Century chairs.

Giving the chair 4 stars. I bought two light grey it's really more brown grey, but it's okay I kind of like this color more. Cream grey? . Cushions are not removable, are screwed in as the back and the bottom of the chair. Installation was not bad but for sure needs two people. Seat is firm but nice and back is a good angle. They are for sure shorter than I was expecting. However I measured and new what I was getting into. The legs have no grips at the bottom so I added my own to prevent shuffling and scratching. I would recommend this chair. Things I would like. Removable and flip capable cousins. I have cats, so I would have liked the ability to change the seat or back coussin in the future if needed. But for this price I'll just sell them and buy new chairs.

Assembly tricky, need two people , very firm seat.

It's very firm (which I honestly prefer ). The wood is beautiful, real and the chair is a classic. The fake leather is not the best or worst I've seen, it feels pretty nice though closer to leather than pleather. The chair is low as are most mid century modern pieces, and roomy. It is a solid piece. We have had it for about a week my kids also love it, they have been climbing all over it. I like that the cushions slide into place so they don't move around (see above about climbing children.) Over all I feel this was worth the price paid. The only thing I don't love is the look of the "leather " which isn't bad, but also the bottom is wood, no rubber, or felt pieces to keep the chair from scraping flooring. I had purchased these myself previously so had the felt furniture coaster on had. The assembly was not terrible, my husband put it together in about 20 mins. It does require two people to put together as one is needed to help hold the base of the chair when connecting seat to the arms/legs of the chair. Also some holes were missing as stated by others. Luckily for me my husband is very handy, and can fix just about anything. I think my family will enjoy this piece for years to come and am very pleased with it.

Quality, beautiful and easy except for last screws

This is a beautiful chair for the price, super comfortable and sturdy. It's relatively easy to put together, but when it comes time for installing the cushions, you do need two people. Be aware: there are no pre-drilled holes for the last couple screws, which makes it a little challenging, particularly when getting the screws/brackets in. If I had to do it again I'd predrill a very narrow hole to get things started for that area. Otherwise, very happy.

Great chair for the price

Exactly as portrayed online. Took my husband and I about 25 minutes to put together. Directions were easy to follow, despite what a few others have commented on. I don't think written instructions vs. the pictures would have been more helpful either. Also, we did not need to drill any holes. There was an area where holes weren't drilled, but that seemed purposeful, as the screws were smaller, and wouldn't have held with drilled holes. You needed to screw them in in order not to strip the wood. Love the look of the chair. We're waiting for the matching stool to be delivered. Using this as a side chair in my husband's home office for a place to relax.

very comfortable

This chair was difficult to put together, but everything else was a pleasant surprise. It sits low, which is what I expected. I'm 5'4" and I can sit down and get up with ease. The quality is very good and it fits in very nice with our Mid-century Modern decor. The 4 star review is due to the fact that you need two people to complete the assembly. Even though the chair is still not completely assembled I am comfortable writing this review while sitting on it :)
