Wrong Product.. Subpar Customer Service
I waited 5 weeks for this ottoman to come in from the warehouse. The day I went to pick it up, it was the completely wrong product (an extremely small white and blue patterned ottoman). I know mistakes happen but there was very little apology. I rearranged my entire day and vehicle to make the pick up. They rectified the situation by re ordering it telling me to wait another 3 weeks, because they don't have the option to expedite the product. The entire ordeal was somewhat disappointing. Again, I'm completely aware that mistakes happen but the customer service aspect just wasn't there for me.

Biddeford accent ottoman, sectional & round chair
So easy to lift and move around the living room. I have the whole collection couch with left chase ottoman and round swivel couch. They are very big so I recommend you have a large enough living room to fit the collection. 5stars for Comfort, quality, and the sleeper bed comes in handy when kids have sleep overs or two adults stay for a weekend. If size matters this is clearly the best choice!
