Attractive rug

This is a very attractive rug - I have several others - love them! They hold up well and wash out great if they get dirty. They dry fast if you wash them off with the hose. The color is very attractive and it looks like an expensive rug! It holds up to pets and traffic well. The price is sensational for the value. There are no negatives with this purchase!

Beautiful rug!

This is a beautiful rug - looks very expensive. I have one on my screened porch and one in my den- both are very satisfactory. If a pet has an accident on it , you can easily take it outside and scoot it off with the hose - it dries quickly! The colors are rich and vibrant. I get lots of compliments on it and I ordered several more. I order this brand frequently - no negatives with this item! Walmart is quick to ship them out- just a sped deal! The price is great!

worst service ever

I ordered a 6'x9' rug but received a 6'x6' (mislabelled as 6x9). After 10 days and three phone calls the the original rug has still not been picked up by UPS and therefore I have not received a credit for the rug. To add to the frustration the replacement rug was again the wrong size! No one at Rugs Direct put an ounce of effort into assuring that a mislabelled rug was sent a second time. Furthermore, in spite of knowing they repeated the original error there has been no attempt to expedite the return of the second rug; its 3-5 days for RD to file a claim and that's that. Where is the customer focus? where is added-value? Next time I'll shop with someone else
